43、波探伤比例为100%,二级时为20%,三级时可不进行超声波探伤。 探伤比例对现场安装焊缝按同一类型、同一施焊条件的焊缝条数计算百分比,探伤长度不小于200mm,并应不小于一条焊缝。当超声波探伤不能对缺陷作出判断时,应采用射线探伤,其内部缺陷分级及探伤方法应符合钢焊缝手工超声波探伤方法和探伤结果分级法gb11345或钢熔化焊对接接头射线照相和质量分级gb3323的规定。 焊缝表面不得有裂纹、焊瘤等缺陷;一级、二级焊缝不得有表面气孔、夹渣、弧坑裂纹、电弧擦伤等缺陷;且一级焊缝不得有咬边、未焊满、根部收缩等缺陷。第四章 焊接施工部署4.1劳动力安排现场各月份高峰期施工用人数工种类别现场安装阶段201

45、本工程主要重要部位钢结构焊接接头的特点,需对参与焊接人员进行专门培训和提高性培训,以达到熟悉焊接工艺操作规程和提高焊接技能水平,保证工程焊接质量等级达到优良。1) 资质要求参与钢结构工程现场拼装和安装的焊接工人,必须有一定焊接经验的成熟焊工,且持有冶金、化工、电力、船舶、压力容器等五种焊工操作证之一,并在有效期之内。2 )进场试焊进入现场的焊工,在正式上岗焊接之前,必须进行进场试焊。试焊前先检查焊接的电气系统。进场试焊的目的是:(1)培训焊工的适应能力;(2)检验焊接系统工作的可靠性(包括焊接设备、焊材及供电电压的稳定性)。3) 焊工证件管理正式参与钢结构现场焊接操作的焊工,须将焊工名单统计汇

47、以及高效的焊接方法。抗风性好的焊接方法有手工电弧焊和自保护药芯半自动焊,但此两种方法各有各的长处,现对比如下:性能手工电弧焊自保护药芯焊抗风性能好好*操作灵活,作业范围大基本固定,作业范围小电弧能量分散集中电流密度小大熔敷速度11.5熔深小大热影响区大小应力和变形大小生产率13-4根据现场焊接特点,并结合工程实际,拟采用co2药心焊丝气体保护焊接为主,辅以手工电弧焊等方法。选用co2药心焊丝气体保护焊,第一:是熔敷速度高,其熔敷速度为手工焊条的23倍,熔敷效率可达90以上;第二:是气渣联合保护,电弧稳定、飞溅少、脱渣易、焊道成型美观;第三:对电流、电压的适应范围广,焊接条件设定较为容易。对这种

48、结构外露型构件的焊接比较适宜。因此,本工程钢框架的焊接将主要采用co2药心焊丝气体保护焊。同时由于手工电弧焊简便灵活,适应性强,仅作为辅助加固用焊接方法。4.4焊接施工技术措施4.4.1现场焊接技术特点(1)构件的截面和板厚大,焊缝的填充量大,多层多道手工现场焊接,容易产生焊道和层间未熔合、夹渣等缺陷以及翼缘的角变形。(2)钢柱对接为横焊位置,施焊难度较大,应严格按要求进行,确保安全。(3)钢柱对接焊接时应采取必要措施减缓焊缝冷却速度,减少焊缝收缩应力及构件拘束度。(4)钢柱拼接时对接口截面错边、柱轴心偏移和垂直度的偏差应满足钢结构工程施工质量验收规范gb502052001及高层民用建筑钢技术

49、规程jgj9998标准所规定的各项要求。多层及高层钢结构中构件安装的允许偏差(mm)项 目允许偏差检验方法上、下柱连接处的错口3.0直角钢尺柱子定位轴线1.0全站仪单节柱的垂直度h/1000,且不应大于10.0经纬仪、全站仪4.4.2技术准备(1)根据图纸要求及施工规范和技术标准,对所有持证焊工进行技术交底和岗前技术培训。(2)焊材的选择:根据图纸要求,焊接材料采用氢含量较低的焊材。焊接材料的选用原则与母材强度等强。选用如下焊条:焊材的选配屈服强度级别手工焊条型号co2气体保护焊实芯焊丝型号埋弧焊焊接材料(焊剂+焊丝)q235be4315er50-6f4a0+h08aq345b/q345gjb

50、e5015er50-2f5024+h10mn2q390gjbe5015er50-2f5024+h10mn2保护气体为co2,纯度99.98(露点-40)。(3)焊材的保管与使用现场焊接材料库为二级仓库,焊接材料的保管与使用严格按本单位质量保证体系进行全过程的管理与控制,工程部和质量部是焊接材料库的管理部门。焊接材料的保管与使用须按如下要求进行:a、验收焊接材料库建立物资验收记录表,由材料员及库管员共同进行验收,写明焊材进场日期、牌号、规格、产地、质保书号等,材料员应与发运清单中焊材牌号、规格、产地对照检查,并随机开包检查。焊接材料使用前应仔细检查,凡发现有药皮脱落、污损、变质、吸湿和生锈的焊条

51、不得使用。焊条的中心度偏差应小于0.5mm,包装箱、塑料袋应完好无损。焊丝表面不能有锈蚀、镀层脱落等缺陷。b、复验公司根据钢结构工程施工质量验收规范(gb50205-2001)中相关要求进行厂内焊材复试,焊材复试为见证取样、送样检验,材料员及取样员在材料进场后应根据不同批号、规格,请监理单位见证员共同取样、送样。复验结果合格的材料,方可进入合格品区。若现场监理要求进行现场焊材抽检,则步骤同上。c、 保管1)焊接材料库由厂内已复验合格的焊材送至现场库存。2)所有库房内要通风良好,保持干燥,库内要放置温度计及干湿度计。保管员必须每天上班后观察记录库内温度、湿度,使库内温、湿度达到规定标准(相对湿度

52、不大于60)。3)焊条、焊丝、焊剂搬运堆放时不得乱摔、乱砸,应注意轻放。不准拆散焊材原始包装,以防散包混杂。焊材存放在专用的货架上,货架离地面、墙均在300mm 以上。焊材库内所有焊材必须按其品种、规格、牌号等分类存放在货架上,并有明显标牌以示区别。4)所有库房根据日领计划烘烤及发放。d、 发放现场焊接材料库建立焊材发放台帐,焊工领用应签字记账,根据焊材预算量领料。发料时严格按工艺要求、预算、规格、牌号、数量发放,不得超领、超发。发出时仓库保管员应填写焊材发放记录,注明规格、牌号、数量、批号、检验合格情况等,发给领用部门。发料时应按焊材出厂日期的先后发放,以防存久变质。e、 领用1)焊工作为使

53、用人,应根据工程结构对应施焊接头的母材材质和工艺规定,从焊接材料库领取合格的焊材。2)焊工持保温筒领取焊条,焊接过程中必须盖好保温筒盖,随用随取,严禁焊材外露受潮,如发现焊材受潮,须立即回库重新烘焙(焊条烘干次数不宜超过2 次)。3)施焊人员每次领取的碱性焊条数量不得超过4 小时的用量,酸性焊条不能超过一天的用量,用不完的焊条应当天交回库房,回收的焊条要在“焊条回收、从新烘干与发放纪录表”上进行登记。回收的焊条重新烘干次数碱性焊条不得超过一次,酸性焊条不能超过两次。f、烘焙和储存焊条在使用前应按材料说明书规定的温度和时间要求进行烘焙和储存。低氢型焊条经烘焙后领用前要转入保温箱储存。(4)焊接及

54、相关设备1)焊机焊接设备应符合相应的现行国家标准,安全防护装置齐全。所有焊接设备(包括加热、测量、控制装置)应处于正常状态,仪表均应经过鉴定,并在有效期内。焊接电源必须有独立而容量足够的保护装置,如自动断路装置等。保护装置应能可靠地切断设备最大额定电流,以保证安全。焊接设备的各接触点和连接件必须连接牢固,在运行中不松动和脱落。焊接设备应有保护接地或保护接零线。保护接地或保护接零线中间不得有接头。焊机应放置在干燥、通风良好的地方,并避免剧烈的振动和碰撞。焊机应保护良好的绝缘,经常清扫、保持干净。2)辅助机具焊钳、焊枪应有良好的绝缘性能和隔热性能。焊钳、焊枪与电缆连接处必须简便牢固、接触良好。且连

55、接处不得外露,以防触电。焊接电缆应有良好和足够的导电截面和绝缘层。焊接电缆线应为多股细线组成的软线。且应具有较好的抗机械性损伤能力及耐油、耐热和耐腐蚀等性能。焊机与配电盘连接的电源线长度不超过3m。严禁将电源线拖在工作现场地面上。焊接电缆中间不应有接头。如需短线连接则接头不宜超过2个,接头应用紫铜导体制成,并且连接要牢靠,绝缘要良好。严禁利用现场的金属结构、管道、轨道、爬梯及其他金属物搭接起来作为导线。电缆不可置于电弧或炽热焊件附近,以防烫坏绝缘层。横穿现场通道或道路时要加遮盖保护,以防辗压磨损。通过焊接电缆的电流不得超过电缆线的安全载流量。 电加热器等预热设备布设应由专业电工负责,不得有裸露
