2、ssemblies. The sleeves have a supporting diaphram structure. The supporting diaphram structure is attached to the slider guides, the blocker doors, drag links, the acoustic panel assemblies, and the outer cowl panel assemblies. The sleeve assemblies have no hydraulic powered subcomponents. 反推装置有两个套筒

They are stowed in a forward position during flight. When the thrust reverser is actuated, the sleeves move to

5、the aft. This moves the blocker doors to block the flow of air between the fan duct assembly and the thrust reverser sleeve assemblies, then exposes the cascade vanes. The air then flows out through the cascade vanes which direct the air forward to create reverse thrust. 反推装置的套筒组件位于发动机的尾部。反推装置启动时,套筒

11、cted) position, the fan air exhaust goes through the fan duct and comes out at the rear of the fan duct. This makes forward thrust. 当反推装置整流罩在向前(收缩)位置时,气流经风扇函道并从风扇函道后端排出。这就产生向前推力。When the T/R sleeves move to the aft (extended) position, the blocker door drag links move the blocker doors into the fan

12、duct. This causes a blockage of the fan air exhaust in the fan duct. The fan air then flows through the cascade segments. The segments turn the fan air exhaust. They cause the fan air exhaust to come out the sides of the T/R in a forward direction. This makes reverse thrust. 当反推装置整流罩移到尾部(伸展)位置,阻流门支杆

The outer sleeve makes the exte

The inner wall is a large one-piece composite structure that forms the upper bifurcation

18、, the cowl that covers the engine core, and the lower bifurcation. On the airflow side, the inner wall has acoustic features. 23、in the aft (extended) position and the blocker doors are opened in the fan duct. The cascade segments also give structural strength to the T/R. 在反推滑动整流罩展开操作过程中,阻流门在风扇函道中打开,叶栅控制风扇空气排气的方向。这样就产生反推力。叶栅也增加反推装置的结构强度。The cascade segments attach to the torque box and the cascade segment attach ring. When th

24、e T/R sleeve is retracted, the cascade segments fit in the space between the inner and outer sleeve. 26、er hinge beam and the lower latch beam. The hydraulic locking and non-locking actuators are installed through the torque box and the forward actuator gimbals are pinned to fittings on the torque box. The deploy and retract hydraulic tubing are located by tubing clamps mounted on the torque box. The

27、liner variable differential transducer (LVDT) together with locking actuator and the proximity sensors on the locking actuator and the sync lock is attached to the lower actuator with wire bundle clamps. The forward attachment points for the cascade segments are on the aft side of the torque box. 扭矩
