8、T WELDING 托架焊接要求General总则The workmanship is electrical construction manual for D90 project.The general electrical installation should abide by this workmanship, except where specified on production drawings.此操作工艺为D90工程的电气建造手册。总体电气安装应该遵守此工艺,除非在生产图纸中特别指出。RART 1. CABLE ROUTING GENERAL REQUIREMENT 电缆敷设要

9、求 总则1 Cables are to be installed and supported in ways to avoid chafing and undue stress in the cable. Cable supports and associated accessories are to be robust.安装和敷设电缆时应尽量避免电缆磨擦或者不适当的挤压,电缆支架和连接附件应确保牢固。2 All cables are to be carried out where possible on strong construction galvanized steel and ss3

10、16 trays and ladders, cables are to be arranged and secured to the tray/ladders with stainless steel bands. Cables must not touch any sharp edges.所有的电缆尽可能被安放在牢固的镀锌钢板或不锈钢托架上,并用不锈钢扎带将其安装及固定在托架上。电缆不能碰触到任何锋利的边缘。3 As far as practicable, single core cables to be avoided, when single core cable are not avo

11、ided, these cable shall be run in twisted method.就实用性而言,应尽量避免使用单芯电缆,如无法避免,电缆应以对角形式拉放。4 Cables on weather deck to be carried on the stainless steel cable trays. No accepted for D90 project cables are not to be used in the weather exposed area and area where high humidity exists.露天甲板上的电缆安装使用不锈钢电缆托架,未经

12、认可的D90项目电缆不能用于露天和高湿的环境中。5 Cables to masts to be carried inside masts preferably and where that is impossible in protection device that are at least(1) meters height.桅杆上的电缆应最好安装于桅杆内部,如果不能,则要保证电缆通过保护装置走线到至少一米高处。6 Cable to be laid as far as possible in protected places. Electrical cable to be laid avoi

13、ding places of high temperature and high humidity. Cable located on working area, passages where it is likely to receive mechanical damage to be protected with painted steel sheet cover or galvanized steel pipe or flexible metal cable conduit.电缆应尽可能被放置于安全的地方,电缆不能放于高温、高湿的地方。工作区域敷设的电缆,可能受到机械损害的通道应用喷漆钢

14、质盖板、镀锌钢管或普利卡套管进行保护。7 Pipes should not be installed straight above cable trays, where this can not be avoided; pipes must be mounted in a way that there will not be danger for leakage, the painted steel sheet cover or galvanized steel pipe or flexible metal cable conduit shall be provided for the cab

15、les.管路不应该平行安装于电缆托架上方,如不可避免,则必须保证电缆上方的管路不会因受损而泄露,否则必须用喷漆钢质盖板、镀锌钢管或普利卡套管保护电缆。8 Cable installed in locations such as within cargo holds, in way of cargo hatch openings, open decks subjected to seas, etc., even of armored type , are to be protected by substantial metal shields, structural shapes, pipe o

16、r other equivalent means, which are to be of sufficient strength to provide effective protection to the cables. Metallic protections are to be electrically continues and earthed to the hull. Non-metallic protections are to be flame retardant. Expansion bellows or similar, where fitted, are to be acc

17、essible for maintenance.敷设在货物区、货舱口,敞开甲板等处的电缆,即使是铠装型电缆也应有坚固金属屏障,结构型材,电缆管或其他等价方式进行保护,使其有足够强度对电缆进行有效保护。金属保护是确保电力的连续和到船体的接地。非金属保护是为了阻燃。安装的膨胀管或相似装置是为了方便维护。9 Electrical cables are to be installed; all cable shall be run continuously between termination points. The type of cable shall meet the highest stan

18、dard on the way the cable shall be run.安装电力电缆,在接线端之间必须保证连续。电缆的类型应满足电缆敷设时最高的标准。10 As far as practicable, cables and wiring for emergency and essential services, other than those for :如果可行,对于应急和重要设备的电缆,除了以下设备:Fire and general alarm system. 防火和通用报警系统Fire extinguishing system including fire extinguishin

21、 Reg.II-2/3.30 of SOLAS; Spaces containing fuel treatment equipment and other highly flammable substance; galley and pantries containing cooking appliances; laundry with drying equipment; enclosed or semi-enclosed hazardous spaces, in which certified safe type electric equipment is required);,other

22、than those which they serve. These cables are also to be run in such a manner as to preclude their being rendered unserviceable by heating of bulkhead that may be caused by a fire in an adjacent space.应被设置于部门A类机器区及其它易燃危险区域外,(见Reg.II-2/3-30 of SOLAS 对机器区的定义;燃油和其它易燃物质的处理设备的区域;包括烹饪器具的厨房和食品贮藏室;带烘干设备的洗衣房

23、;封闭或半封闭的危险区域需要确保使用安全型电器设备)。这些电缆敷设时要保证不会因邻近区域起火,舱壁受热,导致电缆受损。11 Instrumentation and communication cables to be installed and kept clear from power cables (at least 30mm throughout the run, for intrinsically safe cables at least 100mm except crossing). Signal cables are to be of shielded type to avoid

24、any absorbed interference that may exist in the surroundings. Duplicated cables required by the ship specification or Regulatory body must not be run in the same passageways.仪表和通讯电缆的敷设应与电力电缆分开(间隔至少30毫米,与本质安全型电缆间至少100毫米)。信号电缆应为铠装型以避免周围环境存在的任何电磁干扰。备用电缆不能在相同通路里敷设。12 Cables emanating from the main or em

25、ergency lighting switchboard to the main or emergency lighting distribution board, respectively, are to be installed as widely apart as practicable.从主或应急照明配电板到主或应急照明分电箱的电缆要尽量分开敷设。13 Cable to be laid on galvanized cable ladders and to be easily accessible. Cable clip material to be of stainless steel

26、 or other material with PVC protection, provided that they are flame-retardant in according with IEC Publication 60092-101. Where used for cables not to be laid on the top of horizontal cable ladder SS316 clips or straps are to be added at regular intervals not exceeding 1m in order to prevent the r

27、elease of cables during a fire. 安装在镀锌托架上电缆应易于接近。电缆扎带材料为不锈钢或其它有PVC(聚氯乙烯)保护的材料,与IEC Publication 60092-101的防火等级一致。在水平电缆托架下方敷设的电缆,每隔1米的距离,要使用金属扎带和扎扣捆扎,以避免火灾中电缆脱落。14 Cable ladder size shall be selected considering the number of cables and their size lay on as well as the heat dissipation, so there should

28、 be spare space on the cable ladder and to suitable rule requirement.电缆托架的尺寸需考虑电缆的数量,尺寸及散热,应该留有附合规则的余量。15 The sum of cables total cross section based on the cables outer diameter is not exceeding 40% of the pipe cross section (except single cable through the pipe).通过电缆管的基于电缆外径的电缆总截面积,应不超过通过该电缆管截面积40

29、%(单芯电缆管除外)16 Electrical cables branch should be cleared from any pipe, i.e. the cable grand can not be touched with pipe, otherwise, the rubber or equivalent to be inserted between cable brand and pipe.电缆走线应远离管路,例如电缆分支不能接触管路,如触及,须用橡胶或类似物将电缆分支和管道隔开。17 The cables provided with different outer sheath c

30、ant be tied together, if caused damage of other outer sheath. 如果其它外护套破损,则不同外护套的电缆不能捆扎在一起。18 All cables shall be marked at both ends with the cable reference numbers as per drawings. Marks shall be SS316 with impressed letters.所有电缆应按每张图纸所示在两端标记电缆参考序号,带印制编码的标记须用不锈钢材料SS316。19 The individual conductor e

31、nds in the cables shall be marked with closed ring marks. Spare conductors are to be clearly marked on the drawings.电缆中每个线芯都应有标记环。备用线芯要在图纸中清楚标注。20 Cables shall not run through ballast, fuel or any other tanks as much as possible, where it is can not be avoid, such cable must be run in fully sealed c

32、able pipes.电缆尽可能不要穿压载舱、燃油舱或其他油舱水舱,如无法避免时电缆应通过完全密封的电缆管敷设。21 In general, cables shall be according to NEK 606 and IEC 332,331,287 standard. All cables which may come into contact with drilling mud shall be of mud resisting type.通常,电缆应符合NEK606和IEC332、331、287标准。所有和钻井泥浆接触的电缆应为防泥浆型。22 Cable must not be pa

34、fy cable colors for safety system.24 As far as practicable, all cables between antennas and transmitters are to be routed off any other cable.如果可行,天线和变送器间的所有电缆的敷设应远离其他电缆。PART2. CABLE ROUTIONG OUTFITTING 电缆拉放1 General requirement 总体要求1.1 In general, cable ladder to be so mounted that there are enough

35、 space for cables and cables installing is possible.一般来说,电缆安装应为电缆及电缆安装留有足够空间。1.2 The cable trays are to be designed as straight as possible, large and rapid changes (both vertical and horizontal) to be avoided.电缆托架要设计的尽可能平直,要尽量避免大而急的变化(包括垂直和水平方向)1.3 In general, cable trays should be mounted as low a

36、s possible (above free height). Pipe and ventilation channels to be located in a way that leaves enough space for cable installation.通常电缆托架应被设置的尽量低(自由高度之上)。管道和通风的设置应为电缆的敷设留出足够的空间。1.4 No cable trays are to be installed in outer shell of the rig.电缆托架不能安装在钻探设备的外壳上。1.5 In cable trunks or casings covers

37、are to be removable and when they are open cables are to be accessible.电缆的通道或保护盖板应做成可拆卸的,易于打开通道进行电缆维护。1.6 The surface contacted with cable of cable support, such as cable tray (hanger), coaming , duct, penetration and the end of cable pipe etc. to smoothness, no sharp edge to damage the cable sheath

39、l piping & flexible galvanized steel conduit to be used for cables mounted beneath the engine room floor level with drain fitted at the lowest point of the pipe (drain hole diameter about 6-10mm) to facilitate drainage, If needed The number of drain hole on the pipe to be decided according to the le

40、ngth of horizontal section and its arrangement for no water accumulation in the pipe.镀锌钢管和普利卡套管用于安装在机舱地板以下,最低点处应留排水孔以便排水(排水管口直径大约6-10毫米),如需要,管道排水孔的数量可根据水平长度来决定,此配置保证管道内无积水。1.9 Cable ladders/trays support to be welded against beams or deck-heads at such a distance to permit to lay cables on top of th

41、e ladders/trays. As far as practicable, no cable shall be run below the cable ladders or trays. When the cable support is welded on the bulkhead of oil or water tank, double plate is required between the cable support and deck or bulkhead.当电缆托架焊接于横梁或上甲板时,电缆托架上部须留有拉放电缆所需的距离。如果可实行,电缆不可在电缆托架以下敷设。当电缆支撑物

42、焊接在油舱或水舱的外壁上时,电缆支腿和甲板或舱壁之间需加复板。1.10 Watertight cable passing电缆穿水密舱Single or Multi-cable passing by means of MCT;单根或多根电缆穿舱采用MCTNon water tight cable penetrations through decks/bulkheads using steel rings, welded into the deck/bulkhead.非水密电缆穿舱件-通过甲板/舱壁使用电缆筒,焊接在甲板/舱壁上。The distance between cable support

43、s are to be suitably chosen according to the type of cable and the degree of vibration the installation is likely to be subjected to.应根据电缆的类型及安装时的震动程度适当选择电缆支撑物间的距离。2 Cable ladder &flat bar 电缆托架和扁钢条2.1 Cable ladder 电缆托架Cable ladder shall be used for main cable way and big branch cable way. Flat bar n

44、ot accepted for D90 project. 电缆托架应用于主电缆路径和大的分支路径。扁钢不适用于D902.2 Cable ladder standard 电缆托架标准Cable ladder standard type and length is shown on the below. The length lf these 10 standard types of cable ladder should be use depend on requirement. The width of cable ladder shall be determined based on siz

45、ing requirement. Support for the cable ladder shall lengthwise perforated angle bar. Where cable ladder welded to gird ,beam or bulkhead, the cable ladder support welded to it

The loca

51、tion of cable penetrations through bulkheads shall be indicated on drawings.所有防火和防水电缆贯通件应使用气密贯穿件或是类似类型,电缆贯通件的位置应在图纸上标出。4.2.2 Where penetrations are cut on the structure bracket , it should be reinforced. All cable penetrations should be double continuous welded except for the cable frame in dry spac

52、e where there is no fire-proof or water-proof requirement.结构基座上有穿舱件的地方需要加强,所有的电缆穿舱件需要双面满焊,除非电缆框在没有防火或防水需要的干燥区域。4.2.3 The cable penetration on fire-tight, watertight or gas-tight deck and bulkhead is to be made with class approved stuffing tubes, transit devices, or pour able materials, which will ma

53、intain the original integrity of deck and bulkhead.在火密,水密或气密甲板和舱壁的穿舱件,须由船级社认可或可浇铸材料制成,以便保持甲板或舱壁的完整性。4.2.4 The stuffing tubes, transit devices, or a pour able material for cable penetration is to be of a character so as not to damage the cable.填料函,穿舱装置或可浇铸材料共同的特性是不能损害电缆。4.2.5Cable are not to pass thr

54、ough the collision bulkhead.电缆不能穿过防撞舱壁。4.2.6 The length of the cable transit frame is to be at least 60mm , and all burrs and sharp edge are to be removed in way of the holes where cables pass through deck beams or similar structure parts.电缆穿舱件的长度至少60册,并且电缆穿过甲板或类似结构时开孔边缘必须去毛刺和锐角。4.2.7Penetrations in roofs above electrical equipment shall be kept packed or sealed to protect the equipment from water.甲板贯穿舱件都必须有独立和唯一的编号,穿舱件应有易于识别的固定标签。4.2.8 All transits shall be individually and uniquely numbered. The fixing of labels to the racking shall make identification of the transit
