15、of franchising.The professor talks about two advantages of franchising. The first advantage is that the established company will provide training for you and all your employees. For example, if you open a pizza restaurant by franchising, the company will teach you how to prepare the pizza, how to take orders and basically teach you how to operate the restaurant like other restaurants of the company. You just follow its plan to success. The second advantage is its established customer base. Because it is an established company, its products are already well known. People will trust it even
