12、NUAL 2-4 Preconditions for Work Safety2-4-1 Requirements on machine installation siteFree from direct sunshine or other heat sources, or the machine may be partially heated up. Keep the mach ine away from any other machi ne that may splash water or oil.The mach ine should not be placed in foul envir

13、onment with too much dust, fog, salt, acid or alkali.There must be sufficie nt space for maintenance. For in sta nee, space for door ope ning and clos ing, an ilox roller replaci ng and other devices.There should be sufficie nt space for paperboard feed ing and out after prin ti ng.The foun dati on

14、must be sufficie ntly strong and with high accuracy of in stallati on, and won i ncli ne or sink.Suitable worki ng environment: air temperature 040 C; humidity 060%2-4-2 Requirements on installation and transportation Use suitable hoister or crane to load and unioad the machine Use suitable steel ca

15、bles and hoist ing tools to hoist and in stall the mach ine Only qualified pers ons are allowed to operate the hoister or cranes2-4-3 Power supply and earthing requirementsObserve the electric rules and regulati ons of your compa ny Onl yqualified electric staffs are allowed to make connections Stab

However, hazard may still happen if the machine runs in an abnorm

22、al state or the operators run the machine against rules. Therefore, atte nti on should be paid to the follow in gs:2-5-1 Electric appliance installation areas:Gen eral power supply, con trol pan el, con trol pan els on each un its, motors, and tran sformers are all dan gerous for high voltage power

Only professi onal electric engineers are allowed to touch their interior parts in maintenance, or pers ons may be serious injured.Don touch butt ons or switches with wet or dirty han ds, or it may result in injury.2-5-2 Movable parts and high-speed feeding partsThe mach ine has a variety o

24、f motors and movable parts drive n by the motors, as well as high-speed feedi ng parts. Keep away from these parts whe n the mach ine runs, and make sure the mach ine stops moving if it is n ecessary to en ter these areas for maintenance or other purposes. Do not move or cha nge any pan el, butt on or protective gate without prior approval

38、om tur ning on any switch or con tact any butt on on the con trol pan els by mistake, please hang a warning board in a con spicuous place close to the operating point, saying: Machine in Maintenance! Not Touch!Tur n off the master power switch before mai nta ining and repairi ngNever move the limite

39、d switch without prior approval of our compa nyOnly qualified electric engineers are allowed to maintain the electric components Wear protective shoes and safety helmets when maintain the machine from a high placeClose the mach ine cover after maintainingClea n the work ing area, remove the blocks f

40、rom the aisles or floors, elim in ate water and oil on the ground and keep a safe working environment after maintenance Con duct maintenance accord ing to this operati ng manu al, and con tact our compa ny if you have any questi onCheck maintenance work together with the supervisorRecord the content

43、UAL 2-11 Safety Warning SignThere are safety warning sig ns in those places where dan ger may happe n. So we must keep those warnings always in mind duri ng the mach ine running, maintaining, repairi ng and stopp ing.2-12 Other Things to Be Noticed Machine noise: Noise will be produced while machine

44、 running for some fans are adopted in vacuum transfer and dust removal system. To protect the operator health, they are suggested to wear earplug or take other measures. Mach ine radiati on: Our mach ine will not produce radiati on. The sig nal is preve nted from in terferi ng other mach in es. But

45、our suggesti on is that the mach ine should be kept away from those mach ines with radiati on in terfere nee. Machine dust: Machine itself will not produce dust. But for the paperboard storage and other reasons, there will be dust on the paperboard surface. Some dust will float in the air even dust

46、removal facility is adopted. Before being shipped out of the factory, we will offer transportation rack (Those rack will be taken by us after the machin

55、e reaches the destination) Each unit will be fixed on the rack and so accidents will not happen during transportation for vibrati on. Each un it should choose suitable con veya nee and the carry ing ability should be much more tha n the unit itself.5-2 Rail Installation5- 2-1 Preparations before rai

56、l installationThe foun dati on for in stallati on of the rail should be prepared accord ing to the foun dati on draw ings that our compa ny provides. It should be assured that the ceme nt stre ngth and in stallati on size should meet the requireme nts (the foun dati on draw ings have bee n provided to the customers before mach ine shipme nt).Before pavi ng the rails, make sure the horiz on tal deviatio n of the foun datio n is with in 5mm.Check if the rails and
