16、ess.it’salsoafamilyissueandaneconomicissue，becausewomenmakeupabouthalfofourworkforceandthey’reincreasinglythebreadwinnersforawholelotoffamiliesoutthere.sowhentheymakelessmoney，itmeanslessmoneyforgas，lessmoneyforgroceries，lessmoneyforchildcare，lessmoneyforcollegetuition，lessmoneyisgoingin
