1、小学英语教师个人三年规划龙水三小 程盈盈一、背景分析1、个人情况:本人走进教师这个岗位已经7年,教龄也是7年。工作经验虽谈不上很丰富,但已经能够理解小学生的心理发展需求,在组织课堂教学中也有了一定的经验。2、小学英语现状:虽然现在人们越来越重视英语,但由于课时少,班级多,班级学生质量参差不齐,尤其是每年新插入的学生几乎是没有正式上过英语课的,所以在日常英语过程中有一定难度,不一定就能很好的完成预期的教学目标。二、发展目标指导思想小学英语课程教学要求根据小学生的生理和心理特点以及发展需求,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心;培养一定的语感和良好的

2、语音、语调基础,使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。总体目标1、学生发展目标:关爱一切学生的发展和关注学生一切的发展,努力使每个学生都能得到良好的发展,坚持“以人为本”原则,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心。2、个人发展目标:师德是做教师的首要条件,因此首先要培养自己的师德。在下面的几年里我会多读一些师德方面的书籍,用上面的要求去严格要求自己。做一个有师德的好教师。努力做一个师德高尚、业务过硬的老教师,不断更新教育理念、培养良好的文化素养、努力使自己成为有科研能力的、创新精神的好老师。并在班级工作中能够愈加游刃有

3、余,与学生共同进步,成为一个优秀的班主任。第一阶段(20010.92011.6)学生方面:由于这学期教的是四、五年级学生,重点应放在培养学生对英语学习的兴趣。学生对于自己感兴趣的事物,自然会用更多的时间钻研。因此,在教学中要尽量使用英语,适当利用母语;利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生,让学生乐于学习。进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学,使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识,从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果。所以要特别注意学生的兴趣的培养。个人方面:加强理论学习,多读教育理论和有关教育教学的书籍。认真制定教学计划,注重研究教学理论,认真备课和教学,积极组织科组活动和集体备课活动。

4、第二阶段(2011.92012.6)学生方面:培养一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,进一步培养使他们使用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础.。个人方面;继续加强理论学习,争取让自己的学生在期末检测中能比上学年有所进步。争取让自己的学生在毕业考试中能取得可喜的成绩。多与青年教师交流,向他们学习新的教育理念。加强对班级课堂管理,以及对学生心理健康的辅导,帮助学生正确认识自我,了解自我,健康成长。第三阶段(2012.92013.6)学生方面:学生能够自觉的学习英语,进一步培养语感和良好的语音、语调基础,对语法有一定了解。个人方面:继续加强理论学习,争取让自己的学生在毕业考试中能取得可喜
