高中英语教师课堂行为的有效性

1、高中英语教师课堂行为的有效性which english？主要讲述了不同国家间英语的差异。针对这一内容，我把本课设为reading and writing, 目的是让学生能读懂课文、了解不同国家间英语的差异、正确理解文章作者的观点和态度；以此根据本模块的写作要求写一篇短文，陈述对有关语言问题的观点。我校工会主席，山东省英语特级教师邵淑红老师以生本教育的理念，针对课堂的有效性对本节课做了评价。首先，作为老师，基本功要扎实，作为英语老师，口语水平必须要不断的提高；授课有激情，有“煽动性”，用自己的口语去“震撼”学生，用对课堂的热情去感染学生，这是值得肯定的。但是邵主席也指出了课堂中缺少对学生的表扬和

2、鼓舞的缺点，这就让学生在课堂上就有所“惧怕”，跟老师产生了“隔阂”，就会挫伤学生参与课堂活动的兴趣，那课堂的有效性就难以最大效益的发挥。于是第二节课，我对于那些踊跃回答问题的学生进行了大力的表扬，果然学生的学习情绪更加高涨，参与课堂的积极性大大提高，课下的作业完成的也更加出色。正如邵主席所说的，学生惧怕老师，是惧怕老师的评价权。给予学生正面的评价，鼓励学生，就能最大限度调动学生的积极性。针对于课堂的任何一个细节的有效性，邵主席也一一做出了点评。让我认识到，一堂课不仅要设计的合理，更要处理的得当，每一步骤都要有特定的处理方法，适合于哪一部分的学生，都要有事先的安排，让学生能通过这一步骤确确实实的

6、动学生的兴趣，成功融入学生当中，调动学习的气氛。l step 1. pre-reading (vocabulary)recognisable adj. 能认出的 cockney n. 伦敦东区土话intonation n. 语调 apostrophe n. 表示所有格的撇号trace n. 痕迹，踪迹(解决重难点单词，扫清阅读障碍。)这一步骤本来在试讲的时候没有的。但是这些单词在学生阅读的过程中造成了理解的障碍，为了能让学生更顺利的完成阅读任务，而增添了这些单词的含义。事实证明，对于扫清学生阅读是单词障碍起到了辅助作用，从而实现了有效性。如果把音标也标注出来，那会更好，可以加深学生对于这些单词

8、istory of english key: e f htask2. divide the text into two parts.part one: para1-3 part two: para 4-6（通过快速阅读，对本文所学内容有大体的了解。）task2 只是把文章分成了两部分，好像只是走了一个过程，只是为了方便下面文章的处理而已。这一任务只起了支架的功能，对于阅读理解没有实用性。改进：可以在划分段落时再把每部分的段落大意让学生总结出来，这样就能使学生更深入的了解课文，锻炼学生总结归纳和语言表达能力。step 3. careful readinglets deal with each p

11、roduced. whats important is not correctness but understanding each other.4个问题的设置还算合理，前三个问题较简单，可以让学生回答一带而过。但是第4个问题较为复杂，有些学生可能自己总结不出这三个句子，在订正答案之后，给予句子稍加讲解，让学生明白其句式。比如第一个句子that 引导的定语从句，agree on 的短语。第二个which 引导的定语从句。第三个有what引导的主语从句。然后让学生重复一遍加深印象。课堂的最终目的是让学生记住所学内容，达到有效性和实用性。否则这么长的句子对于学生来说就像是“过往烟云”，脑子里什么都

17、现出来。用邵主席的话说：我剥夺了5个学生的发言机会。此题可以用就“接龙”的方法，让更多的学生参与课堂。若是其中有学生答不出来，可以鼓励“volunteers”，从而发挥成绩好的学生的优势。答案完成之后，要让学生重述一遍或者再听一遍，提供给学生反思的时间，否则，就会显得 “走形式”了。这就说明在处理方式上欠考虑。l step4: after readingaccording to what we have learnt, lets do exercises in step3 in your learning paper. now i will divide you into four group
