6、vil commotion, strike, lockout, explosion, fire, flood, storm, tempest, earthquake, regulations or orders, including but not limited to prohibition of export or import and/or any other cause or causes beyond reasonable control of the seller or the buyer and/or buyers receiver whether or not similar

7、to the causes enumerated above. failure to deliver or to accept delivery in whole or in part because of the occurrence of an event of force majeure shall not constitute a default hereunder or subject either party to liability for any resulting loss or damage. upon the occurrence of any event of forc

8、e majeure, the party affected by the event of force majeure shall within 72 (seventy two) hours of occurrence notify the other party hereto in writing of such event and shall specify in reasonable detail the facts constituting such event of force majeure. where such notice is not given within the ti

9、me required, force majeure shall not justify the non-fulfillment of any obligations under this contract. both parties agree to use their respective reasonable efforts to cure any event of force majeure to the extent that it is reasonably possible to do so. 4.2 in the event of force majeure preventin

10、g the seller from shipping or delivering the material, or preventing the buyer from accepting such material, respectively, deliveries shall be suspended for the duration of such force majeure event but if such force majeure shall last more than 90 (ninety) calendar days, the tonnage involved may be

11、cancelled with immediate effect by the party not having declared force majeure by written notice to the other party. 5. default remedies 5.1 delay for opening of l/c in the event buyer due to reasons within its responsibility fails to open the letter of credit on time as stipulated in this contract,

13、催化剂以及粉末冶金添加剂冶金、金刚石工具、非铁基合金、也可以做化学反应的加氢催化剂等。包装采用真空袋装，外用铁桶包装。 2、镍的应用领域 3、镍的全球行业消费结构 二、中国电解镍市场概况 1、我国镍资源量分布 中国国土资源部的最新数据，中国的镍储量为299万吨，占全球总量6900万吨的4.2%，位居世界第9位。 硫化铜镍矿约占总储量的91%，其余为氧化矿。80%的硫化镍矿产于甘肃的金川铜镍矿 矿床；中国氧化镍矿主要分布在四川西南部攀枝花地区以及云南元江地区 2、中国原生镍需求 20xx年以来，中国的镍需求量已经上升为世界首位。中国在20xx年的镍消费量达到54万吨的水平。但是自给率水平低，基本

14、维持在50%左右。意味着中国市场五成的镍需要进口。 导致这一现象的原因主要是占镍消费66%的不锈钢，产量增长过快。 3、中国镍市场的供需状况 根据cru英国商品研究局的数据20xx世界原生镍产量为140.9万吨，中国产量为31.37万吨，约占全球产量的22.26%，俄罗斯产量为25.85万吨，约占全球产量的18.34%。中国已经超过俄罗斯成为全球第一大原生镍生产国。 4、我国电解镍产量 20xx年以前我国原生镍的产量基本以电解镍为主，06年以后随着我国不锈钢产能产量开始急剧扩张，对镍的需求也越来越大，不但需要大量进口，由民营企业开始，大量使用红土镍矿冶炼含镍生铁，作为生产不锈钢的原料。 5、我
