1、A teacher ability to relate well with his or her students is more important than the ability to give knowledge.There are usually two kinds of teachers at school. Some have very good reputation among students and the others are famous by their perfect personal knowledge. I think a good teacher should

2、 have the ability to relate well with his or her students which enable the students enjoy the process of lear ning.To beg in with, this ki nd of teachers usually has fabulous in ter-pers onal relatio nship, which means that they are respected and welcomed by most of the stude nts. A good reputati on

3、 can lead a teacher to be in creas in gly popular which is show n by the atte ndance of his less on and how active his stude nts are at class. Stude nts always try to be good part ners of the teacher so that the less ons usually go well. Such cooperat ing en vir onment improves both the teachi ng qu

4、ality and stude ntsf ability of acquiri ng kno wledge.Secondly, a teacher who can relate well with his students is usually good at motivating passive students. After being invoIved in a learning atmosphere, a student will surly enjoy it. Once there was a physics teacher of mine who was respected by

5、all of my classmates. He was notonly funny and humorous, but also very patie nt to those less adva need students. He taught them how to do preview and revise effieiently and gave eno ugh en eourageme nt whe n stude nts make progressWe admired his pers on ality so that we n ever missed any less on of

6、 him and delayed any homework he assigned. Needless to say, the whole class did very well in the test. That the strength of a eharming teacher.Further more, the ability of giving knowledge is not proportional to the ideas that stude nts get. A teacher may be very professi on al, but stude nts may fa

Also, if the teacher is not reeomme nded by his stude nts, hav ing his class is eve n worse tha n read ing a bori ng text book.In eonelusion, I think a teacher should truly be able to relate with his stude nts, or his class may not have great i
