It is on

5、on and working principle (See Fig.1)1结构特点：Co nstructio n:滚动筛主要由前筛箱、后筛箱、下筛箱、筛轴及煤挡板五部分组成。所有壳体均由钢板焊接而成，箱体内两侧固定有耐磨衬板，大大提高了设备的寿命。The roller scree n is con sisted of front scree n box, rear scree n box, lower scree n box, scree n shafts andretai ning plate. All of shell bodies are made of welded steel pla

There are wear-resista nt plates at the both sides of each body so as to improve the life of equipme nt.煤挡板置于入料口的下方，设备在工作状态时挡板处于状态I的位置；当煤的粒度 30mm不须筛分或设备出现故障而输煤线不能停机时，可启动电动推杆将煤挡板转到状态n的位置，这时煤流可直接落入下游运输皮带中。The retai ning plate is located below the feed en try. 11、in ciple:物料从入料口进入筛箱后开始在自重和筛片转动的双重作用下以较快速度向下游移动同时进行筛分，此为第一筛分阶段。紧接着进入第二筛分阶段，在此阶段中由于筛轴排列进乎水平物料前进 速度减慢此为筛分的第二阶段即精筛阶段物料经此阶段后粒度小于30mm的已被筛下，大于30mm的经出料口被送入下游运输皮带。After the material are put into the scree n box through the feed en try, they beg in to move dow nwards ata rapid speed by their own gravity and r

12、otati ng scree n grat ings and the scree ning is carried out at the same time. This is the first scree ning stage. Then the sec ond stage is followed, the moveme nt of the material is speeded down because of almost leveled screen shafts, the material less than 30mm shall be screened through and thos

13、e more tha n 30mm shall be put onto the dow nstream conveying belt through the discharge ope ning.IV .设备的安装(参阅总图)IV .In stallati on of equipme nt (See the gen eral draw ing)1. 根据工艺布置的要求，滚动筛煤机分左、右安装两种型式；顺煤流方向看，电动推杆在左侧为左安装，反之为右安装。1. 14、s ions accord ing to the requireme nts of tech no logical arran geme nt. Viewi ng along coal flow, the left mounting means the electric push ing lever at the left side and the right mounting means the electric push ing level at the right side.2. 安装前应根据设备地基图的要求设置预埋件，待设备就位、找正、调整好后，将底座与预埋件焊 牢。2. 15、bedded parts shall be located according to the foundation plan prior to installation, after the equipme nt is put in place, alig ned and adjusted, the base and embedded parts shall be welded securely.V试车V Commissi oning试车分空载运转和负载运转两个阶段，空载运转正常后，方可进行负载运转。The commissioning of the roller screen are divi

16、ded into two phases: idle load running and load running. After the idle load running is put i n no rmal order, the load running can be carried out.1. 空载运转：Idle load running:(1) 试运之前先检查减速机及轴承座内是否加足了润滑油(脂)。(1) Before test running, the in specti on shall be made that the reducers and the beari ng boxes

17、 are filled with sufficie nt grease or oil.(2) 试运之前应先清除筛面上的杂物。(2) Before test running, all foreig n matter shall be removed from the scree n decks.(3) 先点动运转，正常后方可连续运转。在此阶段各减速机、筛轴应转动灵活，轴承温升应正常， 否则应立即停机检查，排除后继续试车，直到正常为止。(3) After no rmal running through inching operatio n, continu ous running can be c

In this phase, all reducers and scree n shafts shall be rotated freely, with all beari ng at a no rmal temperature rise, or otherwise the machine shall be stopped at once for inspection. After the causes of abnormity are elim in ated, the commissi oning can be continued un til the mach i

19、ne is in good order.2. 负载运转：Load running:(1)当空载运转两小时无异常后方可进行负载运转。(1) After the idle running is carried out for two hours without any ano maly, the load running can be fulfilled.(2) 应先启动设备后加负载，发现异常或试车结束时应先撤载后停机。(2) It shall be loaded after the equipme nt are activated. When abno rmity is found or you

20、 want to end the commissi oning, the load shall be first removed before the mach ine is stopped.W运行与维护弋 Running and maintenance设备安装在系统中应与输煤皮带机联锁运行，启动时应先启动筛煤机，后启动皮带机；停机时 应先停皮带机，后停筛煤机。筛煤机投入运行后，要定期检查各润滑部位的润滑情况，定期补充和 更换润滑油。斜齿轮减速机采用250#工业齿轮油润滑，轴承座内采用钙基润滑脂润滑。更换周期为半年。The mach ine is in stalled in a system
