1、聘用合同employmentcontract聘用方:受聘方:employer:employee:证件号码：护照号码：businessid：passportno:受聘方(以下称为外籍教师)自愿来到广州市番禺区担任英语教师.聘用方和外籍教师本着友好合作的精神,同意签定合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务.theemployee(hereafterreferredtoas“foreignteacher”)willinglycomestoguangzhoutobeateacheratpanyudistrict.theemployerandtheforeignteacher,inaspiritoffr

2、iendlycooperation,agreetosignthiscontractandpledgetofullconscientiouslyalltheobligationsstipulatedinit.一合同期限：contractperiod：合同期自2014年月日起至2015年月日止。theperiodofservicewillbefromthe12thoffebruary,2014tothe12thoffebruary,2015.二薪酬标准salarycriterion1.受聘方的薪酬为人民币6000元/月（包含64节课时）1000元/月的全勤奖，500元/月的交通补贴。partybs

5、andpartybmustacceptthearrangements.4.如果乙方少于此24小时工作时间，则扣除相应的薪酬。thecorrespondingwageswillbedeductedifpartybworkslessthan24hourseachweek.在周三和周五，如果乙方每迟到一小时将扣除50元人民币。forwednesday&friday,rmb50willbedeductedifpartybislateperonehour.在周六和周日，如果乙方每迟到一小时将扣除100元人民币。forsaturday&sunday,rmb100willbedeductedifpartyb

6、islateperonehour.如果乙方在一个月内周六和周日迟到超过两次或请事假一次病假一次以上将得不到全勤奖励。ifpartyblateonsaturdayandsundayinamonthmorethantwotimesorsickleavemorethanonce,wouldnotgetaperfectattendanceaward.三外籍教师职责foreignteachersdutiesandresponsibilities1外籍教师应遵守中国的法律法规，不干预中国的内部事务。theforeignteacherwillfollowchineselawandregulations,an

7、dwillnotinterfereinchineseenteralpoliticalaffairs.2外籍教师应遵守聘用方的工作制度和中国政府关于外籍教师的相关规章制度。theforeignteacherwillfollowtheemployersworkingregulationsandtherelevantforeignexpertregulationsofthechinesegovernment.3外籍教师应尊重中国人的道德标准，特别是要保持恰当的职业面貌和行为准则。theforeignteacherwillrespectthemoralstandardsandcustomsofthec

8、hinesepeople.thisspeciallyincludesmaintaininganappropriateprofessionalappearanceandstandardofbehavior.4.外籍教师同意在合同期内不接受其他机构的聘用而影响本校的正常教学。theforeignteacheragreesthatduringthecontractperiodhe/shewillnotacceptemploymentatanyotherorganizationwhichwilldisrupttheregularteachingatparadeenglishtrainingcenter

9、.5.外籍教师应使用聘用方提供的教学材料，制定合适的教学计划，保证教学质量。theforeignteacherwillusetheteachingmaterialsprovidedbytheemployerandwilldevelopanappropriateteachingplan.theforeignteachershouldconscientiouslyapplythisteachingplantoensureahighqualityeducation.6.外籍教师职责包括:theforeignteachersdutieswillinclude:课堂准备（教学计划、教案、作业批改等）；t

10、oprepareforthelessons.(teachingplans,lessonplans,homeworkmaking,etc.)与家长和其他教师的沟通交流；communicationwithparentsandteachers;参与学校活动。toparticipateinschoolevents.耐心地教导学生。patientlyteachingthestudents.7.外籍教师应接受聘用方的评估、指导和考核。theforeignteacherwillallowtimeforevaluatingprofessionaldevelopmentdiscussionsandfinalte

11、stoftheteachingskillsandteachingeffectswiththeemployer.8.外籍教师应持有健康证明，并负担体检费用。theforeignteacherwillhaveahealthcertificateandwillberesponsibleforpayingthecostofthemedicalexamination.9.乙方在工作期间的健康及医疗由乙方自行解决。theaccommodation,healthandillnessshouldbesolvedbyherself/himselfduringtheworkingperiod.10.外籍教师必须提

12、供真实有效证件，如因证件原因产生的后果自行负责。theforeignteachermustprovidetherealcertificates.theforeignteachermusttaketheresponsibilitypersonallybecauseofthefakecertificates.11.乙方应遵守甲方的工作制度和有关外国专家的管理规定，接受聘方的工作安排。partybshallobservepartyasworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignexpertsandshallacceptpartya

13、sarrangementdirection,supervisionandevolutioninregardtohis/herwork.12.按期完成工作任务，保证工作质量。partybshallcompletethetasksagreedonscheduleandguaranteethequalityofwork.四病假及事假：sickleaveandprivateaffairleave如果乙方因患病并经医院证明确不能工作，可以向甲方提出请假，乙方在病假期间无工资。如果乙方连续15天请病假，甲方可以按照国家外专局合同有关规定中止与受聘方的合同。ifpartbwassickandhavecert

14、ificatefromhospitalcannotwork,partbcanapplyforleave,butnosalaryintheseperiod.ifpartbapplyleave15dayscontinuous,partacanterminatethecontractaccordingtothecontractissuedbystateadministrationofforeignexpertsaffairs.五聘用方职责employersresponsibilities1.向受聘方介绍中国有关法律、法规和聘方有关工作制度以及外国专家的管理规定。partyashallintroduc

15、etopartybthelaws,decreesandrelevantregulationsbythechinesegovernment,thepartyasworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignexperts.2.对受聘方的工作进行指导，检查和评估。partyashallconductdirection,supervisionandevolutionofpartybswork.3.配备合作共事人员。partyashallprovideco-workers.4.按时支付受聘方的报酬。partyashallpaypart

16、ybssalaryregularlybythemonth.六合同的终止terminationofcontract1、下列情况下，聘用方有权书面通知外籍教师终止合同：如外籍教师违反中国的法律法规、聘用方的工作制度、中国政府关于外籍专家的相关规章制度或者合同的其他条款。此种情况，无补偿；如外籍教师表现不佳，不能尽责者，聘用方有权立即终止合同，外籍教师将得到十五天的工资作为补偿金；如聘用方决定给予15天的时间允许其改进工作，但到期后其工作表现仍不能令聘用方满意者，合同将被终止，聘用方无须提供额外补偿；iftheforeignteacherfailstosatisfactoryperformhis/h

17、erdutiesandresponsibilities,thecontractwillbeterminatedimmediately,buttheforeignteacherwillreceivefifteendaysseverancepay;or,athesolediscretionoftheemployer,theforeignteacherwillbegivenfifteendaystoimprovehis/herjobperformance.if,afterfifteendays,theforeignteacherhasnotimprovedhis/herjobperformancet

18、othesatisfactionoftheemployer,thecontractwillthenbeterminatedandtheforeignteacherwillnotreceiveanyadditionalpay;2双方应信守合同，未经双方一致同意，任何一方不得擅自更改、解除和终止合同。如外籍教师需终止合同，他或她必须提前30天书面通知聘用方，聘用方将支付其工作期间的全部薪水，否则其薪水、假期补助等均被取消。bothpartiesshouldabidebythecontractandshouldrefrainfromrevising,canceling,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent.iftheforeignteacherchoose
