1、年级组长考核办法为强化年级组长岗位意识,提高年级组工作管理效能,特制定年级组长考核办法。一、考核细则1、德育工作贯彻守则规范:根据“红领巾监督岗”评分结果,将各年级分成三等:一等两名,为好,6分;二等两名,为中,4分:三等两名,为差,2分。、活动开展:依据大队部历次活动情况的记载,对各年级进行综合评定:好6分,差14分。、晨队会、晨检:每周对本年级检查、指导一次,并做好记载,缺一次扣1分;抽查由学校队部每月对各年级抽查一次,并进行综合评定。家访:各班级家访不低于20人次,考核依据资料查阅、家长问卷的情况综合评定。、家长学校:每学期不低于两次,查阅资料,每缺一次扣3分。2、班级管理、班级簿册:学
2、校队部、总务处每月检查一次,根据检查的结果综合评定。、班级组织:查阅资料,综合评定。、值日检查:每周检查一次,并有检查记载,缺一次扣1分;值日效果根据安全卫生检查结果综合评定。、校产教具管理:根据期末检查的情况综合评定。、安全及安全教育:根据资料及安全卫生检查情况评定。、班主任会议:查阅资料,要求每月一次。3、教学管理、教学资料:根据资料收缴情况综合评定。、教学常规:查阅纪录(每周不少于一次),并结合年级教学常规实际情况,综合评定。、平时检测:由校长室根据检查的情况评定。、教学质量:根据考试结果评定。4、临时工作:根据历次工作开展的情况,综合评定。二、操作办法1、学校成立年级组长考核小组,成员
