1、武汉市中等职业学校教学设计比赛教学设计课程名称:英语基础模块2教 案:Unit 7 So much to do before travel!参赛教师:李 慧工作单位:武汉市财贸学校Unit 7 So much to do before we travel!一、教材分析1、教学内容本课时系教材英语2(基础模块 高教版)第七单元的第一课时,包括lead-in & Listening and Speaking两部分,具体内容:去不同地方旅游所需携带物品的英文表达,听、说有关旅游计划的对话。这些内容为整个单元的学习活动做语言和知识的准备,也为学生学以致用的语言表达活动提供了语言铺垫。旅游是学生感兴趣的
2、话题,也比较容易为学生创设较为真实的语言环境,从而能更积极地加入到课堂教学活动中来。2、教学重点、难点(1)教学重点:学生能听懂,并能利用所学词汇和句式进行有关旅游计划的对话。(2)教学难点:学生能利用所学词汇和句式进行有关旅游计划的对话。二、教学目标1、知识目标(1) 学生(听说读写)四会要求掌握以下词汇:visit, cash, camera, bathing suit, umbrella, forest, agency, Sydney, book(v.)(2)学生能掌握表达建议的基本句型:What / How about V+ing / n. ?Shall we ?Where shall
3、 we?What do we need to take with us?Lets That a great / wonderful idea.I really like Sure. Thats cool.2、能力目标(1)学生能听懂有关旅游计划的对话。(2)学生能利用所学词汇和句式进行有关旅游计划的对话。3、情感目标通过对本课的学习,使学生了解我国一些较著名的旅游景点,感受我国丰富的旅游资源,从而激发热爱祖国的情感。三、教学步骤Step One Lead in1. Free talk: Present some photos of Wuhan, and ask Ss to guess wher
4、e it is. Then have the free talk: What will you do on your vocation?Where will you go? (Present some pictures of scenery to enlarge Ss vocabulary.)2. Show the pictures of Activity 1 one by one, and ask:“When you visit this place, what will you bring?” (When Ss cant speak out more things to bring, pr
5、esent some pictures to help them.)3. Give an envelope to each group,enclosed the pictures of the things for travelling, then ask the Ss to choose the right things to different places.(设计意图:大量图片展示与词汇教学相结合,直观形象,降低了词汇教学的难度,提高词汇教学的趣味性,增加的词汇也为下文的听力教学做铺垫。通过小组讨论帮组每位学生进一步确实掌握新词。)Step Two Listening1. Read th
6、e question to the class: “What are Cindy and Annie talking about?”Ss listen and answer. 2. Make sure Ss understand the meanings of the words and phrases first, and then let Ss listen and tick. Check the answers. 3. Explain the chart to the class first, and then listen and complete. Check the answers
7、. 4. Ask Ss to read the dialogue aloud following the tape-recorder.(设计意图:通过不同听力目标的设定,训练学生根据问题、单词、图表等信息,预测听力内容的能力以及在听的过程中提取信息的能力,同时,为学生说的活动提供语言铺垫。)Step Three Speaking1. Ask Ss to read aloud after the tape and underline the words and sentences for giving suggestions. 2. Ask Ss to point out the sentenc
8、es and teacher writes them down on the blackboard.What / How about V+ing / n.?Shall we ?Where shall we?What do we need to take with us?Lets That a great / wonderful idea.I really like Sure. Thats cool.3. Ask Ss to read these sentences aloud together.4. Pair work:A. Present some pictures of places, l
9、et Ss make up a short dialogue about discussing the place to go.B. Present some pictures of articles, let Ss make up a short dialogue about discussing the things to take.C. Present some pictures of activities, let Ss make up a short dialogue about discussing the activities to do. (Teacher can make a
10、 dialogue with one of the students first as a model. Ss make up their own dialogues with the help of the above sentence structures on the blackboard.)5. Let Ss work in pairs and make a dialogue about a one-week travel plan, and then ask some pairs to act out the dialogues. (Activity 7)(设计意图:划线是为了培养学
11、生归纳、总结学习重点的能力,Pair work中的看图说话是为了分解和降低Speaking对话练习的难度,两者都是为了进一步加深学生对表达建议和讨论旅游计划句型的印象,为对话练习做准备。)Step Four SummaryAsk Ss to review the words and phrases they have learned in class, and then summarize the sentence structures of giving suggestions. Read them together.Step Five Homework1. Ask Ss to recite the dialogue of listening after class.2. Ask Ss to copy the new words and phrases of this part.3.
