启,气体也就通过阀门外泄,造成电池失水一般在阀门孔或者极柱附近会发现有轻微潮湿的液体,这类电池也容易产生早期失效,阀压设计与壳体材料也有着直接关系。由于壳体材料、氧复合效率、阀压设计等综合技术欠缺,有些电池池在充放电过程中,容易产生壳体变形、鼓包甚至裂缝。12运行环境的影响运行环境主要是机房温度对电池寿命影响较大,在25环境条件下,环境平均温度每增加10,电池寿命就将减少一半。西北地区温度变化较大一30一55C,变电站通信机房较少配备空调,散热性能较差,环境温度对电池寿命形成直接影响。13运行方式及安装方法电池组一般都是多节电池串联而成一组,两组并联运行。现场经常发现在电池组内部,连接条板拐弯处的电池性能一般都要稍差些,主要原因是连接条过长是其他连接条的5一L0倍以及由于材料引起的接触电阻过大,导致该连接条上的压降太大,在充放电过程中,就会严重影响周边电池充放电效果,这类问题应避免。14供电质量及负载设计问题变电站通信机房一般地处偏远,经常停电,电池处于频繁充电、放电状态,严重影响电池寿命。机房负载相对于电池容量都偏小,例如实际负载为30A,通信机房配置的电池容量一般为两组300AH,市电中断后,蓄电池便会以极小电流开始放电,而小电流放电生成的硫酸铅颗粒很容易结晶成块加E通信机房一般都是农网供电,供电质量不稳定,停电时间较长,停电频繁,硫酸铅颗粒更容易生成不可逆硫酸盐。15专业检测手段及设备缺乏在现场进行放电检测时,由于检测设备缺乏单体保护设置功能,因此,在放电时只能通过整组电压观察,结合手工测量进行检查。发现有电池达到18V时,立即中止测试。这种方式效率低,安全全性差,对电池不能形成有效保护。蓄电池的特征参数主要体现在电压、内阻和容量上,常规的检测方法主要测量电压、观察外壳体征、检查螺栓紧固性等,这样只能掌握一些表象参数,而不能掌握重要特参数如内阻、容量等。16充、放电管理制度不完善充电问题主要涉及到均充电周期、均充电压、均充电流、均充时间、均浮充转换
