LegalService乙方以公司常年法律顾问的形式为甲方提供法律服务，指派赵峰、范克众律师具体负责为甲方法律服务事项；如具体承办律师或律师助理因故无法及时提供高质量的法律服务时，乙方应安排其它同等专业资格的律师或助理按时完成法律服务；Party B shall providelegal servicesto Party A bythe methodof beingParty As 9、保守秘密密/Confidentiality甲、乙双方共同承诺，本合同有效期内及期满后，双方应对本合同项下一方向另一方披露的任何数据、文件、资料及其它专门信息进行保密。 保密信息不得以任何方式向外界披露，除非获得披露方事先书面同意。 It isunderstood thatboth Partiesshall,during theterm ofthecontractand after the orterminatethecontract. 11、协议的解除及违约责任/Termination ofContract andLiability forBreach ofContract甲方需解除本合同时，该解除通知在甲方依照乙方所提供的联系信息而发出的正后式函件后7日内视为送达，送达之日起满一个月时，本合同解除，届时乙方经办律师停止向甲方继续提供法律服务。 In casePartyA
