DSLJ型电热式胶带硫化器MODEL DSLJ ELECTROTHERMICRUBBER BELT VULCANIZER使用说明书OPERATING INSTRUCTION MANUAL一、硫化机的用途 Usage of VulcanizerDSLJ型电热式胶带硫化机（下称硫化机），体积小、重量轻，普通三相电源供电，热板温度均匀，水压系统供给（01.8MPa）均匀压力，配有轻型全自动电控箱。电控箱与主机的连接由一体化插件及多芯电缆完成，操作方便、工作可靠。目前广泛应用于冶金、矿山、电厂、港口、建材、化工等周围无爆炸性气体和足以腐蚀金属的有害性气体场合的帆布、尼龙、钢绳芯运输胶带的现场硫化胶接。亦适用于防腐、耐热等特殊性能胶带的硫化接头。胶带接头的质量，直接影响到胶带的工作效力、使用寿命，尤其是目前长距离，高强度运输带更为重要。故DSLJ型电热式胶带硫化机是目前胶带运输机械中不可少的辅助设备。Model DSLJ Electrothermic Rubber Belt Vulcanizer (following is called vulcanizer for short), has the specialities of small volume, light weight, general three-phase power supply, homogeneous temperature of electrothemic plae. Well-distributed pressure 0-1.8Mpa) supplied by a hydiaulic system, equipping of light automatic control panel, connection of the control panel and the main equipment done by the integrated plug with the multicore cable, easy maintenance, realible working etc.It is now used widely for the on-site vulcanizing connection of canvas nylon, conveyer with steel cable core inside as well as for the connection of rubber belt with special characteristics of anticorrosion and heat resistant under the circumstance of no explosive gas or any harmful gas to corrode the metal which is accepted by the metallurgical engineering, mineral production, power station harbor machinery architectural working or chemical industry etc.The quality of the belt connection will influence the working efficiency of the rubber belt or the length of life directly especially for the long distance and high-strength conveyer. (please find fig. 1 in detail图1四、硫化机的使用安装 Installation & Use of vulcanizer硫化机构件轻巧，一般人工均能搬动，安装前要考虑到电源的方便，操作空间，在运输机上施工时，用枕木搭一个平台，其要求根据硫化胶带的位置，硫化机同时使用的台数而定，施工前请准备好处理胶带的工具、胶料、0200水银温度计等备件。The structural parts of vulcanizer are light and handy, which can be carried manually. The operation space and the convenience of use of power should be considered before installaion. When putting a construction on the conveyer, a platform should be first put on by sleepers, which the dimension is according to the position of the belt to be vulcanized and the numbers of vulcanizer to be used at the same time. The other accessories such as the special tools to treat the rubber belt, the colloidal materials and the mercurial thermometer of 0-200 should be prepared as well.硫化机的安装按下列步骤进行：1、将下机架与胶带纵向成70角摆放在平台上。图2The procedure of the vulcanizer-in-stalling is as follows:1 .Put the down fram on the plat form longitudinally in 70 defree with the rubber belt to be vulcanized. (see fig.2)图22、将水压板放置到下机架上。见图32. Put the hydraulic plate on the down frame. (see fig.3)图33、将下加热板放置到水压板上，注意工作面向上，四周与水压板对齐。见图43. Put the down heating plate on the hydraulic plate uniformly around it, with its working side upwords.(seefig.4)图44、将按硫化工艺处理好的被胶接头放置到下加热板上（如多台联用，则应在拼缝上铺一块0.3mm左右的钢皮或铜皮），并在两侧装上垫铁（垫铁用户自备，可用75左右宽的平铁板，其厚比胶带略薄0.51mm，其长度可以硫化机长700左右）用夹紧装置调整两垫铁间距与胶带同宽。见图54. Put the joint which has been preocessed according to the vulcanized technology, on the down heating plate,(if several vulcanizers are united, then a piece of about 0.3mm copper should be placed on the gap of two vulcanizers meanwhile, the back-up iron plates are placed bilaterally (the iron plates are prepared by customers self, which the about 75mm width of iron plates can be used, but its thicknessis thiner than that of the rubber belt in 0.5-1mm, and its length is longer than that of the vulcanizer in about 700mm).
