潮州商校口语教学安排及教法(2)Unit 2 2-1Greetings 新老客户见面问候语1. 情景和状况:和新客户第一次见面或和老客户见面如何问候。2. 教学目的:1) 学会使用新老客户见面问候语。2) 接待新老客户的礼仪和注意事项。3. 教学知识点:1) 生词和短语。(P6)2) 重点句型。A How are you? -Fine, thank you. / Good. / Excellent.B Nice/Glad to meet you.- Nice /Glad to meet you too.C Hows your family / business / trip?- Thats all right. / Same as usual. / Not bad. / Great.4. 教学方法:1) 分角色朗读;2)情景对话;3)即兴表演。5 教学时间:1课时6教学步骤:1) 介绍情景。(2分钟)2) 生词短语讲解(P6)。(15分钟)I Meet/know针对新老客户各举一个例子II How was your flight?扩充:how is your trip/how about your trip?III I am sorry to hear that. IV Whats wrong with you?扩充:Whats matter with you?V Take good care of yourself. (以上句子都是在生意之外,从其他切入点谈话,跟客户拉近距离)3)课文讲解。(15分钟)I 问题式引入。Eg1. How to greet the others when you meet each other for the first time?Eg2. There is a Hot Spring resort and lots of furniture factories here. 这里是枫溪陶瓷博物馆。Here is the Fengxi Ceramic Museum.我们进入古巷了,古巷是中国最大的卫生洁具出口基地,被评为“中国卫生洁具第一镇”。We are in Guxiang now. Guxiang is the largest productive region for Sanitary ware.Its rewarded “The first town of sanitary ware in China.”4)课后作业Situation 4重点句型背诵。实际情景表演扩充词汇背诵。第三课时1)课前抽查上节课重点句型及扩充词汇。2)对Situation1-4临时配对进行情境表演。(道具:名片、写有客户名称的牌子、行李箱,表演在车内时前面一位学生扮演司机。)方法:先订好四大组分别表演Situation1-4,然后用抽扑克牌的方法定出每组成员,交换座位后开始操练一遍,后在每大组内再抽一至两组上台表演。3)课后作业:复习Unit2 1-3课。预习Unit2-42-4在饭店课前抽查2-3重点句子和短语1 情景和状况:如何帮客人在酒店登记、入住、咨询和结帐。2 教学目的:预订酒店、入住、登记以及结账用语。3 教学知识点:1)生词和短语(P24)2)重点句型Is my room reserved?Ill stay here for 5 days.How much do you charge for the room?I will pay when I check out.What is the price of a single room (double room) per day?Does this charge include breakfast?All of our single rooms are occupied.The elevator is over there.Youll find some hangers in this closet.Ive got some things to send to the laundry.Please call the room service.
