组合法兰风管组装说明Assembled Flange Plate Wind Pipe Specification组合法兰风管具有安装迅速，节约材料25%、节约人工费30%、节约工期25%35%的特点。（The assembled flange plate can be installed quickly, saves materials 25%, 30% of the labor fee and 25-30% of the work period.）一、 风管咬口及附件结构形式（Wind pipe cling and its accessories structures ）二、 组装步骤：（Steps in installation）1. 风管散料的组装，应先根据散料上的标识，将同一编号的散料，摆放在一起，然后按照图纸的结构形式组装，同时保证两端法兰对齐。（ the assembly of the separated parts of the wind pipes, first the marks on the separated parts are recognized, set the parts of the same numbers together before installing them by the structures on the technical papers, meanwhile keep the flange plate in order or match together. ）2. 角件组装时，应在角件的内角处，粘贴密封胶条，长度约30mm，以能够把风管四角处密封为准。（ Seal the angle parts by their inner angles when assembling the angle parts, the length should be around 30mm to guarantee the seal the inner angles.）3. 密封胶条的粘贴位置，应在风管法兰表面的沟槽上粘贴，胶条不允许突出到风管内。每对法兰连接处有一个法兰粘贴胶条即可。（ Seal the grooves on the flange plate, the seal should not go into the wind pipe. The flange plate can be glued together with one seal.）4. 对粘好胶条的风管，在法兰的四个角，应用密封胶再次做密封处理。（ Seal the sealed flange plate again after they are installed.）5. 每节风管对接时，将粘好胶条，并打好密封胶的风管，用M8螺栓连接，螺栓拧紧后，在将扣件扣在法兰上，扣件的基本间距为120150mm，（即，边长160400mm扣件1个；边长460600mm扣件2个；边长680900mm扣件3个；边长9501230mm扣件4个；边长12801500mm扣件5个；边长15201750mm扣件6个；边长17601990mm扣件7个；边长20002210mm扣件8个）。（ When connecting the wind pipes, the M8 bolt is used to connect the sealed pipes and attach them to the flange plate, the distance between the clips should be 120-150mm (one is the side length of the clip by 160-400mm, two clips of side length of 460-600mm, three clips of the side length by 680-900mm, four clips of side length by 950-1230mm, six clips of side lengths by 1520-1750mm, seven clips of side length by 1760-1990mm and eight clips of side length by 2000-2210mm ) 三、 注意事项（ Remarks ）1. 通风管道应存放在干燥、洁净的环境，禁止与腐蚀性材料存放在一起。（ The wind pipes should be kept in the ventilated and dry place in case there be any connection with the corrosive materials. ）2. 风管道上禁止放置重物，摆放高度不超过安全高度。（ There should be no weight on the windpipes, and the height of the heaps should not exceed the requirement. ）3. 在搬运时，禁止在地面上托拽，保护镀锌板表面，防止划伤。（ Never drag the materials when they are carried on the ground to protect the zin coating on the surface from breaking the coating ）Assembled Flange Plate Wind Pipe Specification The assembled flange plate can be installed quickly, saves materials 25%, 30% of the labor fee and 25-30% of the work period.一 Wind pipe cling and its accessories structures二 Steps in installation1 the assembly of the separated parts of the wind pipes, first the marks on the separated parts are recognized, set the parts of the same numbers together before installing them by the structures on the technical papers, meanwhile keep the flange plate in order or match together.2 Seal the angle parts by their inner angles when assembling the angle parts, the length should be around 30mm to guarantee the seal the inner angles.3 Seal the grooves on the flange plate, the seal should not go into the wind pipe.
