Today, we have two problems to solve. The first problem relates to the situation in our packaging department. Were all aware that nowadays, competition in the marketplace is more serious. If we want to get the prime position, the only way is to offer excellent and considerate service to our customer and, at the same time, make our prices competitive. So, what Im thinking is, maybe we could outsource the packaging side of our business to another company. But what impact will it have on our workers? Its a big problem. Our workers contribute a lot to our company. Some of them even started here when our company opened. Unless our workers refuse the training, surely they have the right to keep their jobs.
