Only if we lay a solid foundation of knowledge, learn some skills and open our vision can we be qualified to enjoy life: traveling, shopping, climbing or something like that. Otherwise, we may feel uneasy while we are playing for fun, and the so called brilliant years will be like colored bubbles, which are splendid but hollow and short-lived. In addition, the state of one day is determined by our mood, so controlling our emotion is really a compulsory course for us. Though it is extremelydifficult, we still have to.
