It is not a substitution for adequate certification in accordance with project requirements.PMI的目的在于确保所提供的指定材料其标准组份正确无误并附有准确的文件。按项目的要求提供合格的证书不可替代PMI。2) This specification addresses new fabrication of low alloy, alloy, stainless steel and CRA equipment and piping. It is intended for use on pressure containing alloy components for new equipment and piping.本规范适用于由低合金钢、合金、不锈钢和耐腐蚀合金钢制造的设备及管线。本规范亦应适用于新设 备和管线的承压合金钢部件。3) PMI is required on all material and equipment that are manufactured and fabricated from material listed in the scope. 对所有由上述范围内所列的材料制造和预制的材料和设备都要执行PMI。4) The requirements for conducting PMI tests on alloy materials shall be in accordance with requirements of this specification, unless superseded by more stringent local regulations. 合金材料进行PMI测试的要求应符合本规范的要求,除非为当地有更严格的规定所取代。5)Alloying elements covered under the method described in this specification include, but are not limited to, Chromium (Cr), Cobalt (Co), Columbium or Niobium (Cb or Nb), Copper (Cu), Iron (Fe), Molybdenum (Mo), Nickel (Ni), Titanium (Ti) and Vanadium (V). 本规范描述的方法所包括的合金元素,包括但不限于,铬 (Cr), 钴(Co), 钶或铌 (Cb或Nb), 铜 (Cu), 铁 (Fe), 钼 (Mo), 镍 (Ni), 钛(Ti) 和 钒(V)。6)PMI shall include carbon element for 300 serise and duplex stainless steel.对于300系列以及双相不锈钢需要做碳元素含量的精确鉴定。7)The nominal composition required by the applicable code and/or specification shall be used to assess the acceptability of the material tested. 适用规定和/或规范所要求的标准组份将用来评估所测试材料是否合格。8)This specification covers the extent of verification, approved testing methods, acceptance/rejection criteria, marking and documentation requirements for PMI.本规范包括PMI验证的范围、批准的测试方法、接收/拒收的准则、标记及文件的要求。5 RESPONSIBILITIES责任1)The PMI program, its formulation and implementation, shall be the Contractors responsibility.承包商须负责PMI计划的制定和实施。2)When establishing a PMI program, definition shall be given to the roles and responsibilities of accountable personnel and subcontractors.建立PMI计划时,要对负有责任的人员和分承包商的作用和责任作出定义。3)The roles shall be clearly defined and documented in the Contractors written PMI program.在承包商的书面PMI计划中,应以文件形式明确地定义各项职责。4) In the case of a conflict between this standard and purchase order requirements or any code, Chinese regulations or requirements, the contractor shall notify OPMT of conflict and shall not proceed without written authorization.如果本规定与订货要求、标准规范、中国的规程或要求有冲突,承包商应通报OPMT,并且在得到OPMT书面答复之前禁止继续做下一步工作。6.EXTENT OF VERIFICATION验证范围1)The extent of PMI testing to be conducted during the construction of new equipment and piping systems shall be in accordance with the requirements of the specification。新设备和管线系统在施工期间必须执行PMI,PMI的测试范围应符合本规范的要求。2)This shall include requirements for ensuring subsupplier and supplier PMI in accordance with this specification. Where OPMT have procured material and equipment these shall be subject to the requirements of the specification。本验证范围应该包括确保分供货商和供货商按照本规范执行PMI的要求。对于由OPMT自行采购的材料和设备亦须遵循本规范的要求。 6.1 PMI ProgramPMI计划This Section covers fabricated equipment and alloy piping during fabrication, either in the shop or the field.本节包含在车间制造以及在现场预制期间的所制造的设备和合金钢管线。6.1.1 Performance 实施1) PMI should be carried out by equipment fabricator, material supplier, pre-fabricator, engineering contractor or OPMT as well as representatives from authorized 3rd party. PMI应由设备制造商,材料供货商、预制商、工程承包商、或OPMT及经授权的第三方代表进行。2) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the implementation and conduct of the PMI program is performed in accordance with this Specification. 承包商负责确保其PMI计划的实施及执行必须符合本规范。 3) The contactor may assume responsibility for performing PMI after receipt of material and equipment if impractical or uneconomical for the supplier to perform PMI. 当供货商进行PMI不可行或不经济时,承包商在收到材料和设备后负责进行PMI。6.1.2 Test Methods/Reports / Extent of Testing 测试方法/报告/测试范围 1) The test methods outlined in this specification are intended to identify the nominal composition of alloy materials and verify that the nominal composition meets the material specification minimum requirements. 本规范概述的测试方法旨在确定合金材料的标准组成并验证其标准组成符合材料规范的最低要求。 2) PMI shall not be considered as a substitute for required mill test reports listing chemical composition. PMI does not provide information about the physical or mechanical properties of the material. PMI不应被认为可以用于代替所须的工厂测试报告,在该报告中须列出材料的化学组成。PMI无需提供材料的物理性质或机械性能方面的资料。 3) Mill test reports shall not be considered as confirming alloy verification or a substitute for PMI. 材质证书不应被认为可以用作确认合金钢的验证或代替 PMI。 4) In accordance with Appendix B of this specification, all critical pressure-containing alloy or CRA equipment and piping (including heater tubes) or other critical piping or pressure containing components shall undergo 100 % PMI of the sample population. 根据本规范的附件B,所有关键的承压合金钢或耐腐蚀合金钢的 设备和管线(包括加热炉管),或其它重要管线或承压部件均 应进行100% 的PMI。 5) CRA that can be visually identified (e.g. CuNi firewater piping), PMI is not required.对可目测鉴定的耐腐蚀性合金钢(例如,CuNi消防水管线)进行目测鉴定,不需要进行PMI。 6) The Contractor shall verify that all critical pressure containing components identified by OPMT receive 100% PMI. 承包商应验证由OPMT所确认的所有关键承压部件均进行了 100% 的 PMI。 7) When the geometry (e.g. size or location) of the item to be examined makes it impractical to conduct the examination using the equipment specified in 7.1. the contractor shall identify an alternative method of verifying material composition. 当要测试的设备的几何条件(例如尺寸或位置)使得不能采用 以下7.1节所规定的测试设备进行测试时,承包商应确定一个验 证材料组成的替换方法。 6.1.3 Timing时间PMI shall be performed at the point in time to avoid problems during fabrication to ensure that proper materials have been used in the fabrication of an identifiable assembly, such as a plate welded into a pressure vessel or pipe length welded into a spool. PMI应该在能够避免制造期间发生问题的时间及时进行,以确 保用于制造可鉴别的组装件的材料,例如焊接成压力容器的钢 板,或焊接成管段的直管,是正确的材料。 6.1.4 Manufactory Storage 车间库存 Except bolted connection components (see requirements in Section 6.1.7.2 of this specification), before transferring the material from warehouse to fabrication workshop, from site stock to construction site, 100% PMI is required for all alloy pressure containing components of NCPP . 除螺栓连接组件外(见本规范6.1.7.2节的要求),为本项目制造 的所有合金钢承压部件的材料在出工厂库房到制造车间、现场库房到施工现场之前均应进行100% 的PMI。6.1.5 Pressure Containing Components承压组件Pressure containing components that make up fabricated equipment and pipe spools are part of this specification. Examples are:构成预制设备和管段的承压组件应是本规范的一部分,范例有:1) Plates板材2) Special forgings特制锻件3) Flanges法兰4) Exchanger tubes换热器管5)Pipe and fittings such as tees, elbows, reducers andspecial pipe components. 管子和管件,如:三通,弯头,异径管和特制管件。6) Valves (bodies, bonnets, body bolting, etc.)阀(阀体,阀盖和阀体栓接等)。7) Instruments (all process pressure containing parts such as bodies, bonnets and body bolting)仪表(所有工艺承压组件如,表体,表盖和表体栓接)。8) stuffed metal gaskets 实心金属垫片。9) Furnace tubes and fittings炉管和管件10) Casings for pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.泵,压缩机,透平等的外壳。11) Alloy welds joining pressure parts to pressure parts (for double welded joints, both weld caps inside and outside)压力部件与压力部件的合金焊缝(双面焊缝,内外焊缝盖层)。12) Weld overlays or cladding堆焊层或复合焊层6.1.6 Alloy Nonpressure Containing Parts 非承压合金钢部件Examples of nonpressure parts are: 非压力部件举例如下:a) Pressure vessel internals such as trays, bubble caps and distributors 压力容器内件,例如塔盘,泡罩和分布器。b) Valve stems and shafts 阀杆和轴c) Furnace tubesheets and tube supports 加热炉管板和炉管支撑d) Internal alloy components on pumps, compressors and turbines impellers, turbine shafts and turbine blades, etc. 泵、压缩机的合金内件,透平的转子、轴及叶片等。6.1.7 PMI Requirements for Other Parts 其他部件的PMI要求6.1.7.1 Internal Alloy Components 内部合金部件Internal alloy components on rotating equipment such as impellers, turbine shafts and turbine blades shall require PMI.转动设备的内部合金部件,例如叶轮,透平轴和透平叶片。 Chromium alloy and Stainless Steel 铬合金钢和不锈钢Except materials within Category D service (see ASME B31.3) or material used for critical systems designated by OPMT , PMI is required for 10 % of each lot of screw studs of all chromium alloy steel and stainless steel, bolts, nuts and washers ,at least one set. (参见ASME B31.3)或由OPMT指定需在关键系统中使用的材料以外, 所有铬合金钢和不锈钢的双头螺栓,螺帽和垫圈,每一批都要求10的PMI,至少一套。6.1.8 Weld Material 焊接材料1)PMI of field and shop fabrication welds shall be performed in the same manner as for the adjacent base metal. 现场和工厂制造的焊缝,应依照与相邻的基材金属同样的方式进行PMI。2)When welding is required, one electrode or wire sample from each lot of weld rod to be used shall be positively identified. The remainder of the lot shall be compared to the sample to ensure that color coding and identification of the wire/electrodes are correct. 要求进行焊接时,应对每一批焊条和焊丝的样品进行PMI。每一批余下的焊丝和焊条应与样品进行对比,以确保焊丝和焊条的色标和标记均正确无误。3)PMI verification shall also be conducted in the shop or field on the deposited weld metal.对于溶敷焊接金属,均应在工厂或现场进行PMI。4)For piping, every butt weld and all other types of pressure containing welds shall require PMI. 对于管道,每一个对接焊缝和所有其他类型的承压焊缝都要求进行PMI。5)For pressure vessels, each individual Longitudinal-seam, circumferential-seam, nozzle and other pressure containing welding seam shall be subjected to PMI.对于压力容器,每一个纵焊缝,环形焊缝,管嘴和其他承压焊缝都要求进行PMI。6.1.8.1 Alloy Heater Tubes 合金加热炉管In addition to PMI verification of heater tubes, shop and field welds on alloy heater tubes shall require 100 % PMI verification. 除了对加热炉管要求的PMI之外,对在工厂和现场制造的合金加热炉管的焊缝,要求执行100的PMI。 6.1.8.2 Longitudinally Welded Pipe/Fittings 纵向焊接管/管件Longitudinally welded pipe and fittings produced by a pipe or fitting manufacturer require random PMI verification of 10 % of each sample population or one PMI verification of each 60 m (200 ft) length of total weld in the sample population, whichever is greater. 由制造厂商生产的管子或管件,对其纵向焊接管以及管件,要求对每批进行10%的抽样PMI,或者,对每批抽样的全部焊缝,每60米(200英尺)焊缝进行一次PMI,以上两者中取其较大者。a) For example, 10 longitudinally welded pipes, each 6 m (20 ft) in length, require that PMI verification be conducted on one pipe length (10 percent of the sample population). 例如,对于10根6米(20英尺)管长的纵向焊接管,要求对一根管管长的焊缝进行PMI(抽出样品管的百分之十)。b) If 10 longitudinally welded pipes are each 12 m (40 ft) in length, PMI verification shall be conducted on two pipe lengths (400 ft total weld length divided by 200 ft = 2 pipe lengths).如果是10根12米(40英尺)管长的纵向焊接管线,则须对两根管管长的焊缝进行PMI(即总共400英尺焊缝长度,除以200英尺,等于两根管的管长)。6.1.8.3 Autogenous Welded Pipe/Fittings 气焊管线/管件Autogenous welded pipe and fittings shall require PMI verification of only the base metal composition. 气焊管线和管件只需对基材的金属成分进行PMI。6.2 Quality Assurance 质量保证The use of PMI program principles to check goods received into a warehouse system shall be regarded as a quality assurance practice to minimize the potential for discovering a material discrepancy during subsequent PMI testing. It shall not be regarded as an alternative to PMI testing of the fabricated piping system.采用 PMI计划的原则来检查接收到库房系统的货品,应视为质量保证的措施,以便将在随后PMI检测期间发现材料偏差的潜在可能减至最低程度。不可将其用来替代对制造的管线系统进行的PMI测试
