摘要 跨文化交际中社交语用失误的研究 作者简介：王丽妹，女，1 9 8 0 年9 月生，师从成都理工大学罗亦君教授、 郑欢教授、潘延芳副教授，2 0 0 8 年7 月毕业于成都理工大学外国语言学及应用 语言学专业，获得文学硕士学位。 摘要 跨文化交际历史源远流长，但作为一门学科方兴未艾。跨文化交际中，由于 语言的使用与文化的不同常常导致交际失败。这种语用失误现象引起很多学者关 注。他们从不同方面对于这一问题进行了深入的研究。基于t i l o m a s 对语用失误 的界定，语用失误分为语用语言失误和社交语用失误两种。前者基本是一个语言 问题，可以作为语法的一部分教授，后者兼具社会文化因素。社交语用失误主要 是由于谈话双方不同的文化背景而引起的社交准则差异所造成的，因而更为微妙 和复杂。本文探讨的是中美两国人民在跨文化交际中所产生的社交语用失误问 题。 文章旨在对社交语用失误的成因进行分析，并尝试提出三种有效策略避免此 种失误的发生。语言离不开文化，要认识社交语用失误文章首先从中美两国的文 化差异上进行对比。多数学者认为一个国家的地理环境、历史条件和宗教信仰在 不同程度上对该国的文化产生影响。中美两国不同的地理环境、历史进程、以及 宗教信仰使得两国在价值体系与思维方式取向上产生了差异。这种差异是社交语 用失误产生的深层原因。 基于这种文化差异，文章运用k a s p e r 的语用迁移理论，对社交语用失误产 生的原因进行进一步细致的分析。k a s p e r 把语用迁移分为语用语言迁移与社交语 用迁移两种，后者是本文探讨的中心。根据对跨文化交际产生的影响，社交语用 迁移可以产生正面或者负面影响。通过分析大量中美两国出现的社交语用失误实 例，文章得出结论：社交语用负迁移导致社交语用失误的产生。最后文章提出了 三种有效策略避免跨文化交际中社交语用失误的产生。 文章共有五章，外加结论部分。 第一章阐述了该论文的研究意义，研究内容以及研究方法，并对国内外相关 研究成果进行介绍。 第二章对跨文化交际的定义、其复杂性，以及社交语用失误的含义等方面进 行介绍。 第三章从两国的地理环境、历史进程、宗教信仰的差异上入手，就中美两国 的价值体系、思维方式进行对比，并指出宏观上的文化差异是社交语用失误的根 成都理工大学硕士学位论文 源。 第四章运用k 唧e r 提出的语用迁移理论对社交语用失误的产生进行研究， 结合大量具体实例对在价值观念和思维方式中出现的社交语用负迁移进行细致 的分析，得出社交语用负迁移是跨文化交际中社交语用失误产生的原因。 第五章针提出了三种具体策略来避免社交语用失误的产生。最后，文章得出 结论并探讨了本文的局限性。 关键词：社交语用失误文化差异社交语用负迁移策略 l l a b s t r a ( 玎 a s t u d yo fs o c i 0 -
