acknowledgesthat,exceptasexpresslyprovidedinthisagreement,itshallnotacquireanyrightsinrespectthereofandthatallsuchrightsandgoodwillare,andshallremain,vestedinthemanufacturer. exemptionorotheractionbyornoticetoanycourtorothergovernmentalbodyoranyotherpersonunderanyoftheterms,conditionsorprovisionsofanycontractorotheragreementortowhichsuchpartyisbound.
