跨文化企业管理伴随着经济全球化的浪潮，企业国际化经营的趋势越来越明显。世界贸易组织和地区经济一体化联盟以及 交通运输与信息技术的飞速发展和进步，使得世界经济国际商务交往的范围和空间更为广阔。这也同时要求企业经营管理必须从单一的文化模式向多元的跨文化模式转变。文化差异对跨国公司来说是及其重要而又繁琐的，在跨文化企业中不可避免地存在着种种矛盾和冲突，例如：商务活动中的冲突、商务管理的失败、商务谈判陷入僵局等。因此，如何融合这些异质文化，已成为当代跨文化企业管理者的一个重要课题。对跨文化商务交际者来说，必须对全球文化的多元性和多维度有深刻的认识， 对跨文化商务环境中的多元化差异非常敏感，在跨文化商务交际活动中，随时调整自身的商业决策、管理行为和交际方式，以适应多元化文化的差异。在跨文话伙伴建立的过程中，不是一种文化支配另一种文化，而是双方一起去创造第三种文化。第三种文化是当代国际交流中衍生的一种新文化，它超越原来的文化而服务于双方文化。创造第三种文化不是简单的妥协，而是各原文化取得和谐，即取得公司的有效运作、考虑问题及处理问题的新方法。Background Information:1. FDR: Franklin Delano RooseveltFranklin Delano Roosevelt (January 30, 1882 April 12, 1945; was the 32nd President of the United States and a central figure in world events during the mid-20th century, leading the United States during a time of worldwide economic crisis and world war. The only American president elected to more than two terms, he was often referred to by his initials, FDR. Roosevelt won his first of four presidential elections in 1932, while the United States was in the depths of the Great Depression. FDRs combination of optimism and economic activism is often credited with keeping the countrys economic crisis from developing into a political crisis. He led the United States through most of World War II, and died in office of a cerebral hemorrhage, shortly before the war ended.Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the only president who was selected for four times (had not done with the 4th term in office) in U.S presidential history. The President Roosevelt had played a significant role in the Great Depression and World War Two as known as one of the three greatest U.S. presidents by scholars.
