摘要 法律英浯是因为法律的社会功能而形成起一种语言变体，作为一 种具有规约性的语言的分支，有其独特的语言风格特点，它与普通英 语在用词方面有许多的差异，而其中最重要、最本质的特点就是用词 准确。法律英语用词要求高度准确，这与法律工作的特点有直接的关 系。此外法律英语荠不排斥模糊语言，模糊用词和准确用词相辅相承。 这体现在法律英语中普通词汇的特殊用法，古体词语的使用，词语的
