English Instructional Design (英语教学设计)(仁爱版)英语七年级下册Unit7 What does he look like?Period One(课时1)课前探讨教师可以根据教学及学生具体情况的需要,依据教材,自行调整课时内容,随机采用不同方法,提高课堂效率。教学内容分析本单元是围绕描述人物“外貌”的话题而展开各种教学活动的。本课时为第一课时。教学对象分析农村学生,开口、动手能力较弱,相关训练较少,但是,七年级下学期,学生对英语已有一定了解,已经熟悉了一般现在时态。教学目标 知识目标:1、学习有关描述人物外貌的词汇。2、熟练掌握谈论身高、体重、发型、面部特征及着装特点等句型。能力目标:1、学会从不同方面、不同角度描述人物的外貌。2、培养学生在人物造型设计方面的创新能力。情感目标:1、培养学生的美感和创新意识。2、鼓励学生去发现美、创造美。3、通过学习,培养团队合作精神。教学重点、难点重点:1、掌握描写人物外貌的词汇和基本句型。2、学会描述人物的身高、体重、头发和胡须等外貌特征。难点:如何为自己及他人塑造新形象,并加以介绍。教具必备CAI课件;Songs; games; prizes (objects, languages, even money)教学设计理念由音乐引入,激发学生的学习动机,调动学习积极性,活跃气氛,消除师生隔阂。根据由易到难的认知规律和第二语言学习的渐进性规律,课堂教学的各个环节难度要有所递进。随课件,学习词汇,让学生在语境中自然地接触语言现象,为学生完成小组任务打下语言基础,再过渡到小组任务的完成。根据任务型教学法的真实性原则,设计任务型合作学习活动,提供话题和真实任务,引导学生主动思考,发挥想象,学以致用,让学生能够在使用中学习活的语言。面向全体学生,强调学生的参与和实践,创造合作学习型活动的必要条件,培养学生的自学能力和合作能力。教学流程 (T: teacher, S: student)Stepl Greetings.T: Good morning, girls and boys.Ss: Good morning, teacher.T: Im very happy today. Do you know why?Ss: No.T: Because we will have an interesting lesson today.Are you happy, too?Ss: Yes. (学生呈现出快乐期待的样子)Step 2 Leading-in。T: OK.Now lets listen to a Chinese music first.After that, please tell me what you hear.老师点击鼠标,播放课件,中文歌曲内容:“对面的女孩看过来,看过来,这里的世界真精彩”中途停止。T: What did you hear just now?Ss: 对面的女孩看过来,看过来T: Yes, very good, a girl. And do you know what she looks like?Is she beautiful?S1: Yes, I think she is very beautiful. T: OK, let talk about. “What does she look like?.”Please think over.点击鼠标,屏幕上出现目标语:What does she look like?学生重读目标语两遍。Step3 Presentation ( New words and drills)播放课件,屏幕上出现三个女孩:T:Are they beautiful?Ss:Yes, they are .They are good-looking.T:What does she look like?Ss:She is tall / short /medium height.(具情问答)T:Is tall?Ss:Yes,she is tall.T:Who is medium height in our class?S1: and are medium height.播放课件,出现三位女士及目标语:T:What does she look like?Ss:She is thin / heavy / medium build.播放课件,出现两个男孩及目标语:T:What does he look like?S:He has straight hair / curly hair.播放课件,出现两位男士及目标语:T:What do they look like?Ss:He has beard.And he is wearing glasses.播放课件,出现女士及目标语:T:What do they look like?S1:She has black hair.S2:She has blonde hair.S3:She has beautiful long hair.Step4 Pairwork.播放课件,出现几个人物,给学生两分钟讨论、思考,然后找几对学生,做如下对话,使新课得到巩固,最前发言的给予奖励,鼓励竞争。S1:Do you think she is good-looking?S2:Yes, I think so.S1:What does she look like?S2:She is .She has .What does he look like?S1:He is . He has .Step5 Games.T:Boys and girls, now, we know how to describe a people.Do you have a good friend in our class?What does she or he look like? Please think over,then tell us.Lets guess who she or he is.The first one to start will get a present from me.给学生一点时间思考,先来描述和竞猜的都能得到老师的小礼物,以此激励学生的斗志,领略成功的喜悦。Step6 Groupwork.T: OK,boys and girls,are you happy now?Ss: Yes.T: Im very happy to know you are happy.Now you have a chance to let me happy.Which group can describe my look best?If you can, your group wont have homework tonight.Lets begin.通过此环节,让学生学会合作,通过合作的力量去解决问题,体验团队合作精神,挑战说实话的勇气。课程进入高潮。Step7 Listening.T: I know your spoken English is very good,what about your listening?Lets have a try.First,listen and do 1b on Page41.听一遍,补充句子,巩固所学词汇。Then listen and do 2a and 2b on Page 42.听两遍,巩固所学词汇和句型。Step8 Homework.播放课件,出现三个人物形象,让学生观察并思考以下问题,尝试设计自己新形象。两个作业任选一个。1、Which peoples look do you like best? Why?2、What will you look like in the future?Step9 Song.T:Im very sorry
