企业工法 通风与空调作业指导书/GJ-25-2005(二).通风设备安装1. 目的 Purpose and applicable scope本作业指导书叙述了空气处理机组的安装步骤和技术要求,以指导安装作业,保证安装质量,本指导书适应于空气处理机组(热送风机组、排风机组、空调机组、循环冷风机组、及小型分体空调器)安装。This construction plan is intended to describe installation procedure and technical requirement of HVAC unit to ensure quality of installation. This construction plan is applicable of installation of HVAC unit such as blower unit, exhaust cleaning unit, circle cooling wind unit and small air-condition unit. 2. 工作内容及操作流程work flow 审 图 review of drawing技术交底 technical orientation施工准备preparation 基础检查和验收acceptance & transfer of foundation运输设备到安装现场equipment transport to site基础上放线setting out on foundation设备开箱检查 inspection of unpacking 安装就位 location of equipment 设备单体试车running-in 交工验收handover & acceptance3.操作程序及技术要求:operation procedure & technical requirement3.1 施工先决条件 preconditiona) 有关设备安装的施工图纸和技术文件完整。Shop drawing & technical document on installation should be provided fully.b) 有关人员熟悉图纸和相关的技术文件。Relevant personnel should understand drawing & relevant technical document.c) 安装现场清理干净,安全可靠,具备安装条件。Site should be cleaned, safety and is applicable of installation.d) 设备安装基础经过检查验收合格。The foundation of equipment should be checked and accepted.e) 所用的吊装和运输设备完好,所需工机具完好。All equipment & tools that used for lifting & transporting should be in good condition.f) 对吊装不锈钢设备,所用绳索要采取保护措施。All slings that used for lifting stainless steel equipment should be protected.g) 所有的测量工具都必须经过检定合格,且在有效期内。All measurement tools should be calibrated and accepted on valid duration. h) 具备设备制造厂产品质量合格证及性能测试数据。The manufacturer should provide certificate of qualification and performance data of test.3.2 空气处理设备的安装 installation of HVAC3.2.1基础检查和验收 Inspection & acceptance of foundation.a) 设备基础交付安装前,中间交接资料应齐全。Before transfer of foundation of equipment, intermediate transfer document should be prepared fully.b) 设备基础的表面干净,不应有油污、泥土等杂物。On the surface of foundation oil soil, sand etc. sundries should be cleaned out.c) 检查基础的标高、位置、方向、尺寸是否符合施工图纸的要求, 混凝土基础表面允许误差是否符合施工图纸的要求。The elevation, position, orientation and dimension of foundation should be checked out it they are conformed to the requirement of drawing. If the allowed tolerance exist on the surface of concrete is conformed the requirement of the drawing or not.d) 若设备底座采用地脚螺栓连接时,应检查地脚螺栓孔距和设备底座孔距是否一致。If the base of equipment is connected with anchor bolt, the hole of equipment & anchor bolt should be checked and if they are conformed or not.3.2.2运输设备到安装现场。Equipment is transported to sitea) 根据现场情况及设备技术要求制定合适的运输路线,并准备好运输所用工机具。Choose suitable transportation route in accordance with site situation and technical requirement of equipment and tools & machines used for transportation should be prepared. b) 根据制定好的运输路线和运输方式,视现场情况尽量将设备连同其外包装箱一同运至安装现场。Followed on chosen transportation route & way and site situation, equipment including external packing will be transported to site.c) 在安装现场设备基础旁铺放便于拖运设备到基础上的垫板,其高度与设备基础齐平。Pad plate will be prepared besides of equipment with the same height comparing to foundation of equipment.e) 将运至的设备各段按安装先后排放在垫板上。As per sequence of installation the segment of equipment will be set on the pad plate.3.2.3基础上放线 setting out on the foundation 按设计图纸及设备安装详图,用墨线在检查合格的基础上放线,基准线要标记在设备就位后醒目、不易擦去且便于设备找正的地方,作好设备就位前的准备工作。Setting out with black line will be made on the accepted foundation in accordance with the design drawing & installation detailed layout. The datum line will be marked on the place of visible, not easy to scrape off and convenient for alignment. 3.2.4设备开箱检查 inspection of unpackinga) 注意包装箱上的标志和注意事项。Pay attention to caution & sign marked on the packing box.b) 拆开设备外包装箱,根据设备到货清单,仔细核对设备型号、外型尺寸、性能标注、数量等是否符合设计图纸的技术要求。Removal packing box of equipment, check out the size, outline dimension, performance marked, quantity and compare with the list of shipping to confirm if they are conformed to technical requirement of design drawing or not.c) 检查设备外观是否有缺陷,按装箱清单点清零部件、工具、附件及附带材料、出厂合格证及其他技术文件是否齐全,并作出记录。Check the appearance of equipment if defective is found or not. Account the parts, tools, attached material, quality of certificate and other technical document is prepared or not. And relevant data need to be record.d) 检查设备可动部件是否灵活,如能拨动风机叶轮,应细听有无摩擦声,若有异声,应打开壳板调整风机转子,使其不碰机壳,再检查,待合格后方可;Check the movable part of equipment if it is easy to rotate or not. 3.2.5安装就位 Installation & locationa) 复核设备基础放线,检查设备就位的准备工作。Recheck the setting out of equipment foundation and preparation of installation.b) 设备吊装就位时,索具与设备接触处,应采取有效的保护措施,使设备完好无损。Protection measures should be prepared on the contact point between slings and equipment while lifting of equipment is going on.c) 整体空调设备,(循环冷风机组、立柜式空调等)可直接吊装就位,找正找平即可,安装时注意设备左右之分。For completed HVAC equipment such as circle cooling blower, vertical cabinet-type HVAC etc. they can be lifted directly to their location and installed after leveling & aligned.d) 组合式空调机组各功能段的连接。到现场的机组底座已经固定在机组底部,安装时只需按设计图纸依顺序将各功能段一一就位,在各功能段对正、找平后,用螺栓连接。但连接时需检查联箱密封条是否完好,如不行,须贴好密封条后再连接。螺栓连接后应检查密封条的接缝和受力是否均匀,达到不漏风为合格。The connection of function segment for combined type HVAC will be made in accordance with design drawing with nut after leveling & alignment of each segment is completed. Seal band need to be checked while connection of each segment of HVAC.e) 设备整体就位后,还需最后进行一次找平,对组装式空调机组尤其应注意送回风机段内的风机的水平及垂直度必须达到要求。最后填好空调机组安装检查记录表。Final alignment will be made after the completed equipment is located. In special the levelness & verticality of mounted HVAC unit supply & return blower should be satisfied the technical requirement. Installation record of HVAC unit needs to be filledf) 机组中的粗、高效过滤器应在机组试运转合格后,正式投入运行前安装。Preliminary filter and high effective filter will be installed prior to the HVAC unit is put into use normally after running-in of HVAC unit is acceptable.g) 设备安装完毕后,应按设备配备相应的照明设施、温度计、压差计、变压器,相应的冷热媒管路、给排水管路、冷凝水排放管路。这些设施由电气、仪表、管道相关专业人员完成。After HVAC unit is located, relevant devices such as lighting, thermometer, differential pressure meter, transformer, cool & thermal medium pipe, supply & drain water pipe and condensate drainage pipe should be installed in time by relevant discipline personnels. h) 壳体密封处理 sealing treatment for shell当全部安装工作结束后,对机组的壳体接缝处、开孔洞处进行密封处理. After all installation is completed, the joints, opening hole on the shell of HVAC unit should be sealed fully.3.3 空气处理机组单体试车操作顺序Operation sequence of running-in single for HVAC unit3.3.1空气处理机组试运转前的检查 Inspection prior to running-in设备全面安装完毕后,对所有的机械设备、电气仪表、管路等作一次全面检查,确定无误后方可试车。 After equipment is completed fully, running-in single is not allowed to operate unless all mechanical equipment, electrical instrument, loop of pipe is checked.3.3.2空气处理机组的单项试车 running-in single空气处理机组试运转工作必须先经过单项试车,如风机、表冷器、加热器、加湿器等,试车时应检查各部件是否正常。如风机、电机转动方向是否正确,皮带松紧是否合适,风机转速是否在允许范围内,电流是否在额定范围内,减振器是否有良好的弹性及各种紧固件均已紧固。表冷器是否有堵塞现象,凝结水排放是否畅通,加热盘器、加湿器是否完好,单机试车全部符合要求后才能进行空气处理机组的试车。Running-in of HVAC unit is not allowed to operate unless running-in single is accepted. Each part of blower, cooler, heater, humidifier etc. should be checked while running-in single. 3.3.3空气处理机组试运转 running-in of HVACa) 启动顺序为先开风机,待风机转动平衡后,再打开表冷器等处进出水阀门。Operate sequence is first to turn on the blower. While rotation of blower is normal, then turn on the valve of inlet &
