希腊使馆签证处希腊使馆签证处 申请 ADS 旅游签证须知 (仅适用于旅行社) 由申根国家签发的批准目的地旅游（ADS）签证允许在申根境内按既定路线旅游。批准目的地旅游签证签发的旅游团至少由 5 人组成且停留时 间不超过 30 天。 1有权受理签证申请的使馆和领事馆： 旅行团的主要旅行国家的使领馆（停留时间最长的国家） 。如果前往一个以上的申根国家且停留时间相同，签证申请则由第一入境国的使领馆 受理。 2签证申请： 持因私普通护照者须通过国家旅游局特许经营的某一旅行社递交申请，申请材料由旅行社指定的人员直接送交使馆（不得邮寄） 。 3批准目的的旅游签证协议授权的旅行社需准备的材料（以下所需材料均由旅行社提交）： 团组成员名单，含护照号，身份证和户口本复印件（翻译成希腊语或者英语） ； 详细的路线（翻译成英语或希腊语） ，包括往返中国的航班详情，行程中所住的酒店的名称、地址、电话、传真以及所住天数，旅行中团队 如何往来各地； 回程机票的预定和确认证明（含团组成员名单） ； 领队的姓名； 欧洲特许的合作旅行社的名称及详细联系方式； 特许经营的欧洲旅行社提供的住宿、交通及行程确认证明，并告知所有申请人； 每个申请人须提供：正确完整填写的经申请人签字的申请表，并附两张张近照，申请表上贴一张，另外一张申请签证时递交； 每个申请人须提供：签证到期后 90 天仍有效的护照及护照照片页和所有签证页的复印件； 每个申请人须提供：申根国家逗留期间的境外医疗保险证明，其中境外医疗补偿一项的保险金额不得低于三万欧元； 申请人经济状况证明（比如最近三至六个月的由银行出具的工资对帐单或存折，不要提供银行存款证明、房产证明、机动车所有证明等） 每个申请人须提供：工作单位或公司出具的证明信（含公司地址，电话和传真，签字人姓名，职位并加盖单位公章） ，并包含申请人： a. 职位 b. 工资 c. 批准假期 d. 确认旅行回国后的工作关系 补充材料，要求和信息 1)所有材料应译成希腊语或英语； 2)中方被授权的旅行社有可能被要求提供补充材料或信息； 3)团组成员有可能被要求面谈； 4)呈交上述材料并不意味着批准签证。 4. 签证费用： 600RMB 5. 签证所需受理时间： 签证受理所需时间因签证申请的数量而定，建议尽可能早的送交申请材料。 6. 改变行程： 签证只在申请时所预定的路线下生效。如果，在授权的旅行社所能控制的原因之外，任何与申请时路线上的变化，旅行社有责任立刻照会所 申请签证国家的使馆或领事处。需要指出的是：行程的变化是指诸如团队所住酒店改变等细节的变化。任何情况下，团队必须整团履行且所有团 组成员必须住在相同的酒店。行程上的基本要素的改变是不允许的。 EMBASSY OF GREECE VISA SECTION VISA FOR ADS TOURISM An ADS visa issued by a Schengen country permits travel within the Schengen area in accordance with a pre-determined itinerary. ADS visas are issued to members of tourist groups of at least 5 persons. The maximum duration of stay is 30 days. 1.Competent Embassy or Consulate General for visa application purposes: The Embassy or Consulate General of the country of the groups principal destination (i.e. the country in which most time is to be spent). In the event that the same amount of time is to be spent in more than one country, applications should be submitted to the Embassy or Consulate General of the first point of entry into Community territory. 2.Visa application: ADS visas are applied for via an ADS-accredited travel agency. Applications are submitted directly (i.e. not by post) by the travel agencys designated couriers. 3.Documents that must be submitted by the ADS-accredited travel agency: A name list of all the group members, with passport numbers and copies of ID cards and hukous (with translation in Greek or in English). A detailed itinerary (in Greek or in English),including flight details for the round trip from China, names, addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers of the hotels to be used by the group during the tour with the dates stay in each hotel, and details of how the group is to travel between locations during the tour. Flight reservation with confirmation for the China-Europe-China round trip from the airlines (with list of the tourists names). Name of the tour leader. Name and contact details of the designated partner tour operator in Europe. Confirmation from the designated partner tour operator in Europe that accommodation and transport within Europe as specified in the groups itinerary will be provided to all members of the group. For each member of the group: One duly completed visa application form, signed by each applicant, together with recent photo. For each member of the group: Passport, valid at least 90 days after expiration of the visa, with a photocopy of the identity page. For each member of the group: Relevant insurance covering the journey in the Schengen area (valid for the entire duration of the stay, with cover of at least 30,000.00 and covering the cost of any emergency medical treatment or repatriation for medical reasons.) For each member of the group: adequate financial means, i.e. bank booklet (minimum last 3 months transactions), salary account statement, house certificate, vehicle ownership, etc. For each member of the group: A letter of the working unit or company (with address, telephone and fax of the employer, stamp and signature with name and position of the person who signed)stating: a. working position b. salary c. approval for leave d. confirmation of working relationship after the trip abroad Additional documents, requirements and information: 1)All documents should be either in Greek or in English. 2)The Chinese accredited travel agency may be requested to provide additional documents/information. 3)Individual group members may be requested to undergo an interview. 4)Presentation of the above-mentioned documents does not guarantee issuance of the visa. 4. Fees: 600 RMB 5. Visa processing times: Visa processing times will vary depending on the volume of demand for visas. It is advisable to submit applications as far ahead of the intended travel date as possible. 6. Changes to itinerary: Visas are valid for the pre-determined itinerary as submitted at the time of application. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Chinese accredited travel agency, any changes are made to this itinerary between the application and departure, it is the responsibility of the travel agency to inform the Embassy or Consulate General of the country where the application was made immediately.
