1、拓展训练个人心得感悟 拓展训练个人心得感悟*公司已经经待了有一个多月的时间。在在这四月的末尾，我迎来了公公司一年一度的大型拓展训练练活动万佛湖拓展训练。虽然，我在写这篇感悟的时候，已已经离拓展训练结束有半个多多月的时间了，可是拓展那俩俩天的记忆，仿佛就像昨天发发生的事情一样，仍然历历在在目。这一次的拓展，我觉觉得说实话就是为了训练我们们的勇气、遇事处理能力、判判断能力以及与同事之间的团团结友爱、互相帮助精神的。拓展内容包括了限时钻电网网、跳高台、攀爬高空、徒手手翻毕业墙等项目，每一个项项目都会告诉我们一个相对应应的道理。在这次拓展，给给我感悟最深的有两个项目。其中一个是跳高台。另一个个就是徒手

2、翻毕业墙。这个个跳高台项目，其实就是由几几组队员组成的”人肉垫子子”,去接住从一米五的高高台上跳下来的每个挑战者。对这个项目而言，最重要的的是考验队员之间的信任程度度的。我在教练分析完这个项项目以后，得到的是以上的认认知。然而，让我感悟颇深的的原因是本人体重偏胖，比较较重。我也想按照教练的指示示与讲解去执行命令，可是当当你真站上那一米五的高台的的时候，你就知道了有些事情情并不是自己想象中那么简单单的。这个简单的后跳考验的的不仅仅是信任，还有挑战者者的遇事的处理能力。我承认认，我不是一个成功的挑战者者，我在上高台后跳的时候已已经忘记了所有关于教练讲解解时”人肉垫子”上的。因为自己，加重了了队员们

3、的承重压力，加重了了他们的负担。对此，我也深深感歉意。但是，让我庆幸的的是队员们并没有因为如此而而让我跌倒在地上。所以，我我很感谢这帮可爱的同事，友友好的队员们。在这次的项目目中，给我自己得到的感悟是是：在未来，不管是工作还是是生活中，都希望自己能遇事事不慌、不害怕、不气馁。这一一次，为期俩天的拓展就在不不知不觉中结束了。然而，教教给我的道理会一直延续下去去。礼记坊记里面有一句句话，叫做：”君子贵人贱贱己，先人而后己”与君共共勉。我希望在未来，自己能能做一个更好的人，团结同事事，帮助他人，尽自己的绵薄薄之力。一开始这个拓展训练其实实我是不想去的，主要是2个个原因，一是我家孩子上学没没有人照顾；

4、二也是最主要的的我怕我做不到，担心自己身身体受不了，也担心其中的一一些项目我完成不了，这样就就丢人了。”框”,自己己不愿意走出这个”框”,不愿意迈出第一步，导致致自己永远觉得自己不行。这这次结束后，感觉虽然很累，但痛并快乐着！2天的拓展训练里，我们做了很多的小游戏，挑挑战了很多平时认为不可能完完成的项目，例如穿越电网、信任背摔、高空项目、驿站站传书、毕业墙等等，在这一一系列的游戏中，讲究的是团团队合作精神，不畏个人的荣荣辱成败，开辟新思路，新理理念，敢于跨越现有的思路，不能太拘束，踊跃创新。”团结就是力量”同时时在这次训练中给我印象最为为深刻的就是”毕业墙”这个项目。那真的我想都没没有想过的事

5、情，我竟然可以以完成这个项目。在教练带我我们到达需要挑战的地点时，我们所有的人都认为是没有有办法完成的，因为仅凭我们们的个人力量的确是没有办法法完成的是不可思议的，当教教练讲完所有的规则和注意事事项的时候，大家还是认为很很困难，问我们需要多少时间间完成时，有说”1小时、3小时、5小时，甚至有说3天的”可最30分钟的时候，大家都都崩溃了 ,在一切没有开始始的时候，大家都是害怕的，担心的，顾虑的”抛弃”顾虑，只为”生存”,不顾个人的荣辱和付出，努力着、坚守着、奋斗着当最后的2个人一起上去去的那一瞬间，所有人都欢呼呼着，释放着压在心中的一切切一切，只为自己的成功而高高兴。也不知道过了多久，那那个遥不

6、可及4米高的栏板板，我们所有的”兄弟姐妹妹”都在那里”爬一回”,那个曾经让我们觉得不不可思议，无法完成的事情，我们竟然完成了。而当教练练告诉我们说，再这个一整个个过程中，我们仅用了”111分钟”的时候，我们所所有人都惊呆了与之前的11小时、3小时3天，甚至不可能等等的话话语说”拜拜”我们在规规定的时间里完成了，这样在在这过程中，我们的男生们不不畏辛苦疲惫，一直坚守着，大部分的男生都被”踩”拉”受伤了，但他他们没有一句怨言，不在乎付付出的多少。当我看到大家的的伤时，当时我真心的感动了了，虽没有热泪盈眶”男神们”感动了，感谢你们的辛苦苦付出，无论是汗水还是伤痕痕，谢谢，千言万语无法表x，只能一句谢
