商北京巴布科克•威尔科克斯有限公司提供的锅炉使用维护说明书和相关图纸以及锅炉辅机设备

制造厂提供的全部使用维护说明书和相关图纸编制的，仅适用于印尼PLTU1

INDRAMAYU3x330MW燃煤电站项HB&WB-1050/18.44-M炉辅机的运行操作。

作需有监护人。

1.2.3.1.2.1InspectionsbeforeAuxiliariesStartup

1.2.3.1.2.1.1检修后的辅机必须先进行热工、电气方面的保护试验（静、动态），试验必须全部合

格，部分保护投入后才允许试运转验收，验收合格且工作票终结后，方可投入正常运

行。

1.2.3.1.2.1.1Post-maintenanceauxiliariesmustfirstundergol&Candelectricalprotectiontest

(bothstaticanddynamic).Thetestingresultsmustmeettherequirements.Only

aftersomeprotectionsareactivatedcanthetestresultsbeaccepted.Normal

operationcanonlyproceedwhenresultsarecheckedandtheworkpermitsare

concluded.

1.2.3.1.2.1.2备用辅机要求相关保护投入，并处于随时准备启动的状态，除事故处理外，备用辅机

启动前必须进行检查。

1.2.3.1.2.1.2Standbyauxiliariesdemandrelatedprotectiontobeactivated,andtheyshouldbe

availableforstartupatanytime.Apartfrominemergencies,thestandbyauxiliaries

mustbeinspectedbeforestartup.

1.2.3.1.2.1.3就地检查检修工作结束，设备外观完整，周围无人员工作，现场整洁，无妨碍运行

之物。有关的通风滤网均清洁完整。

1.2.3.1.2.1.3Checkthefollowing:onsiteinspectionandmaintenanceisfinished;theequipment

externalsectionsarecomplete;therearenoworkingpersonnelintheequipment

vicinity;thesiteiscleanandtidy;relevantventilationfiltersareallcleanand

complete.

1.2.3.1.2.1.4检查辅机各门孔已严密关闭，辅机及电动机基础牢固，底脚螺丝、连结螺栓紧固，

接地线良好，靠背轮无损且连接良好，转动部分的防护罩完好，辅机各部的冷却水

系统正常。

1.2.3.1.2.1.4Inspecttoensure;eachaccessportoftheauxiliariesissecurelyclosed;the

auxiliariesandmotorbasearesecurelyfastened;theanchorboltsandconnecting

boltsarefixedtightly;groundingcablesandshieldsfortherotatingpartsare

adequate;thecouplingiswellconnectedwithoutdamage;thecoolingwater

systemineverypartofauxiliariesisnormal.

1.2.3.1.2.1.5严格按照电气规定测量绝缘合格。

1.2.3.1.2.1.6检查辅机设备和系统各表计齐全完好，及时投入运行。

1.2.3.1.2.1.7检查设备各润滑部件已加好润滑油、脂，油位正常，油质合格。润滑油系统应在辅

机启动前二小时以上投入运行。

hasbeenfilled,theoillevelisnormal,andtheoilmeetstherequirements.Thelube

systemshouldbeputintooperationmorethantwohoursbeforestartup.

1.2.3.1.2.1.8对允许用手盘动的辅机，应盘动一下，确认其转动灵活，无卡涩现象。

1.2,3.1.2.1.8Forauxiliariesthatcanbedrivenmanually,moveitbyhandtoconfirmthatitcan

movesmoothlyandflexiblywithoutjamming.

1.2.3.1.2.1.9检查各风门、挡板的执行机构完好：连杆牢靠，动作灵活，无卡涩现象；限位装置

动作正确；有关指示灯显示正常；就地开度指示与集控CRT上指示-致。

1.2.3.1.2.1.9Inspecttheactuatorsofeveryairvalvesanddamperstoensuretheyareallgood.

Thelinkage(orconnectingrods)shouldbefirmandactsmoothlywithoutjamming.

Stopdeviceactscorrectly.Indicatorlightsdisplaynormally.Theactualopening

degreecorrespondswiththeCRTdisplayinCCR.

1.2.3.1.2.1.10与辅机相关的挡板和阀门的控制回路，自动装置，热控联锁、保护以及机械装置，

气动装置，应按各自的规定事先校验合格。

1.2.3.1.2.1.10Checkthefollowingtoensuretheymeetwiththerelevantregulations:control

circuitofeachdamperandvalve,automaticdevices,l&Cinterlocks,protections

andmechanicaldevices,pneumaticdevices.

1.2.3.1.2.1.11当辅机启动前的检查工作完成，确认已具备投运条件后，方可送上辅机及相关设备

的动力电源和控制电源。

1.2,3.1.2.1.11Thedynamicandcontrollingpowersourcecanonlybesuppliedtotheauxiliaries

andrelatedequipmentafterthestartuprequirementshavebeensatisfiedandthe

pre-startupinspectionshavefinished.

1.2.3.1.2.2辅机启动后的检查原则

1.2.3.1.2.2.1辅机启动时，应有专人至就地监视启动全过程，发现异常及时汇报，必要时使用事

故按钮紧停。

process,andreporttotheleaderifthereisanyabnormalcondition.Pressthe

emergencyshutdownbuttonifnecessary.

1.2.3.1.2.2.2当辅机运转正常后，巡检人员方可离开现场，且间隔短时间后应再次检查运行情况，

确认运行正常后方可按正常时间间隔检查。

1.2.3.1.2.2.2Onsitemonitorscanleavethesiteonlywhentheauxiliariesarerunningnormally.

Re-inspecttheoperatingconditionatregular,shortintervals.Afterconfirmingthe

operationisnormal,carryoutinspectionsatnormalintervals.

1.2.3.1.2.2.3辅机启动后，操作员应监视其启动全过程，包括启动时间、启动电流，检查相关系

统及各参数正常。

1.2.3.1.2.2.3Afterauxiliariesstartup,operatorshouldsupervisethewholestartupprocess

includingstartuptime,startupcurrent,andinspecttoconfirmtherelatedsystem

andeveryparameterisnormal.

1.2.3.1.2.2.4对于事故处理时紧急启动的辅机，或因热控、电气联锁动作而自启动的备用辅机，

在其启动后，巡检人员应到就地检查其运行状态。

1.2.3.1.2.2.4Fortheemergentlystartedupauxiliaryequipmentduringtroubleshooting,orthe

automaticallystartedupstandbyauxiliaryequipmentbecauseofl&Candelectric

interlockaction,theonsitemonitorsshouldlocallyinspecttheoperatingcondition

afterauxiliaryequipmentstartup.

1.2.3.1.2.3辅机启动后的检查内容

1.2.3.1.2.3Inspectingitemsafterauxiliaryequipmentstartup

1.2.3.1.2.3.1各转动设备的轴承（瓦）以及减速箱的温度要符合规定，滚动轴承W85C,滑动轴

承W70C。

1.2.3.1.2.3.1Bearings（bush）ofeveryrotatingequipmentandthetemperatureofgearbox

shouldaccordwiththeregulations.Specifically,rollingbearingW85℃andsliding

bearingW70c.

1.2.3.1.2.3.2辅机设备的振动符合要求，振动的规定（见表1）：

1.2.3.1.3.1正常运行中应严格执行巡回检查制度，认真巡查，认真监视。发现异常应及时汇报，

发现缺陷应及时填写缺陷单.，联系检修及时消除。

1.2.3.1.3.3辅机及电动机运转平稳，无异音，电动机无过热现象，振动不超限。

1.2.3.1.3.4各轴承润滑良好，油质合格，温度正常，冷却水畅通无泄漏。

1.2.3.1.4辅机的停运原则

1.2.3.1.4AuxiliaryEquipmentShutdownPrinciples

1.2.3.1.4.1辅机停运前，应考虑对相关系统和设备的影响，影响出力时必须经值长同意，跨专业

时作好联系工作，防止不必要的情况发生。

1.2.3.1.4.1Considertheinfluenceonrelatedsystemsandequipmentsbeforetheauxiliary's

shutdown.Getpermissionfromtheshiftleaderwhenshutdowninfluencesoutput.

Whentheshutdownoperationcoversseveralfields,properlyinformrelevant

personneltoavoidaccidents.

1.2.3.1.4.2辅机长时间停运时，应联系化学，共同作防腐保养工作。

1.2.3.1.4.2Iftheauxiliariesareshutdownforalongtime,contactthechemicalpersonnelto

dotakeanti-corrosionmeasures.

1.2.3.2辅机试运行

1.2.3.2TestOperationofAuxiliaries

1.2.3.2.1主要辅机检修后，必须经过试运行。试运行良好，验收合格后，方可正式投入运行。

引风机、送风机、一次风机、空预器的连续试运行时间不得小于四小时，其它辅机

试运行时间应不小于二小时，以验证其工作的可靠性。

1.2.3.2.1Themainauxiliariesmustpasstestoperationafterthemaintenance.The

auxiliariescanbeformallyputintooperationonlyafterthetestoperationgoeswell

andischeckedqualified.ThecontinuoustestoperatingtimeofIDfan,FDfan,

primaryairfanandairpreheatershouldbemorethan4hours,whiletheother

auxiliariestestoperationtimeshouldbemorethan2hours,inordertovalidate

theirworkingreliability.

1.2.3.2.2主要辅机试运行前的检查

1.2.3.2.2Inspectionsbeforethemainauxiliariestestoperation

1.2.3.2.2.1联系热工维护人员，确认锅炉风烟系统和制粉系统的各风门、挡板及其传动机构都

已校验，且运行正常。

1.2.3.2.2.2确认主要辅机及其电气设备检修完毕，并具有各有关单位会签的试运行申请单。

1.2.3.2.2.2Confirmthatthemainauxiliariesandelectricequipmenthasbeenmaintainedand

possessthetestoperationapplicationsignedbythecorrespondingdepartments.

1.2.3.2.2.3主要辅机的液压油或润滑油系统、冷却水系统以及相关的仪表应及时投入。

1.2.3.2.2.3Thehydraulicoilorlubesystem,coolingwatersystemandtherelatedinstruments

ofmainauxiliariesshouldbeputintooperationtimely.

1.2.3.2.2.4电动机符合电气的有关规定。

1.2.3.2.2.4Themotorsoperationsmeetelectricalregulations.

1.2.3.2.2.5检查一切正常后，方可送上该设备的动力电源及其操作电源、气源，投入联锁保护

以及监视装置。

operatingpowerandairtotheequipment;puttheinterlockprotectionand

supervisiondeviceintooperation.

1.2.3.2.3辅机试运行原则

1.2.3.2.3AuxiliariesTestOperationPrinciple

1.2.3.2.3.1主要辅机试运行时，检修或安装负责人应到现场，运行及检修人员负责检查和验收，

派专人监视启动电流和启动电流在最大值的持续时间，并记录下来。
