ThisDebtRepaymentAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetween:

Debtor:[Debtor'sfullname],a[nationality]citizen,withanidentitycardnumberof[IDnumber],residingat[address](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Debtor").

I.Background

TheDebtorowestheCreditoradebtinrelationto[describethenatureofthedebt,e.g.,goodspurchased,servicesrendered].ThepartiesherebywishtoformalizethetermsandconditionsfortherepaymentofthisdebtthroughthisAgreement.

II.DebtDetails

1.PrincipalAmount:TheDebtoracknowledgesthatasofthedateofthisAgreement,theoutstandingprincipalamountofthedebtowedtotheCreditoris[amountinfiguresandwords].

2.Interest(ifapplicable):Ifthereisanyinterestaccruedonthedebt,theinterestrateshallbe[interestratepercentage]perannum.ThetotalinterestamountasofthedateofthisAgreementis[amountinfiguresandwords].Theinterestshallbecalculatedfrom[startdateofinterestcalculation]untilthefullrepaymentoftheprincipalandallaccruedinterest.

III.RepaymentTerms

1.RepaymentSchedule

Thefirstinstallmentshallbedueandpayableon[duedateofthefirstinstallment].Subsequentinstallmentsshallbedueonthe[samedayofeachmonth/otherspecifiedperiod]ofeachmonth/periodthereafteruntiltheentiredebtisrepaid.

2.PaymentMethod

TheDebtorshallmakethepaymentstotheCreditorby[specifythepaymentmethod,e.g.,banktransfer,check].Ifpaymentismadebybanktransfer,theDebtorshalltransferthefundstothefollowingbankaccountoftheCreditor:

Incaseofpaymentbycheck,thecheckshallbemadepayabletotheCreditorandshallbedepositedorcashedwithin[numberofdays]ofreceipt.

IV.RightsandObligationsoftheParties

A.RightsandObligationsoftheCreditor

1.Rights

TheCreditorhastherighttoreceivetherepaymentofthedebtinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.

TheCreditorshallhavetherighttopursuelegalactionagainsttheDebtorincaseofdefault,includingbutnotlimitedtoseekingpaymentoftheoutstandingdebt,interest,andanyothercostsandexpensesincurredasaresultofthedefault.

2.Obligations

TheCreditorshallprovidetheDebtorwithaccurateandpleteinformationregardingthedebt,includingtheprincipalamount,interest,repaymentschedule,andanyotherrelevantdetails.

TheCreditorshallkeepconfidentialanyinformationobtainedfromtheDebtorinconnectionwiththisAgreement,exceptasrequiredbylaw.

B.RightsandObligationsoftheDebtor

1.Rights

TheDebtorhastherighttorequesttheCreditortoprovidewrittenevidenceofthedebtandtherepaymentterms.

IncaseofanydisputeregardingthedebtorthetermsofthisAgreement,theDebtorhastherighttoseekresolutionthroughnegotiation,mediation,arbitration,orlegalproceedings.

2.Obligations

TheDebtorshallrepaythedebtinfullandontimeinaccordancewiththerepaymentschedulesetforthinthisAgreement.

TheDebtorshallkeeptheCreditorinformedofanychangesintheDebtor'scontactinformation,includingaddress,phonenumber,andemailaddress.

TheDebtorshallnottransfer,assign,orotherwisedisposeofanyoftheDebtor'sassetsinamannerthatwouldprejudicetheCreditor'srighttoreceivetherepaymentofthedebt.

V.DefaultandConsequences

A.DefaultbytheDebtor

1.TheDebtorshallbeindefaultif:

TheDebtorfailstomakeanyinstallmentpaymentontheduedate;

TheDebtormakesapaymentthatisinsufficienttocoverthefullamountoftheinstallmentdue;

TheDebtorviolatesanyothertermorconditionofthisAgreement.

2.ConsequencesofDefault

Incaseofdefault,theCreditorshallhavetherightto:

Accrueadditionalinterestontheoutstandingdebtattherateof[defaultinterestratepercentage]perannumfromthedateofdefaultuntilthefullrepaymentofthedebt;

Demandimmediatepaymentoftheentireoutstandingdebt,includingprincipal,interest,andanyothercostsandexpensesincurredasaresultofthedefault;

PursuelegalactionagainsttheDebtortoenforcetherepaymentofthedebt,includingbutnotlimitedtoobtainingajudgment,garnishingtheDebtor'swagesorbankaccounts,andseizingtheDebtor'sassets.

TheDebtorshallbeliableforallcostsandexpensesincurredbytheCreditorinconnectionwiththeenforcementofthisAgreement,includingbutnotlimitedtolegalfees,courtcosts,andcollectionagencyfees.

B.DefaultbytheCreditor(ifapplicable)

IntheeventthattheCreditorfailstoperformanyofitsobligationsunderthisAgreement,theDebtorshallhavetherightto:

1.DemandthattheCreditorcurethedefaultwithinareasonabletimeperiod;

2.SeekdamagesfromtheCreditorforanylossessufferedasaresultofthedefault;

3.TerminatethisAgreementifthedefaultisnotcuredwithinareasonabletimeperiod.

VI.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

1.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[country/region].

2.Jurisdiction

AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthe[courtname]locatedin[city/county].

VII.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,oralorwritten,relatingtothesame.

VIII.AmendmentsandWaivers

Noamendment,modification,orwaiverofanyprovisionofthisAgreementshallbeeffectiveunlessinwritingandsignedbybothparties.

Ix.Severability

IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisheldtobeinvalid,illegal,orunenforceable,thevalidity,legality,andenforceabilityoftheremainingprovisionsshallinnowayinanywaybeaffectedorimpaired.

ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwh
