Definitions

回波损耗:测量两个阻抗之间的阻抗失配程度。它是反射波回波的振幅与传输线接头

处的主波振幅和终端阻抗的比值,单位为分贝。

Returnloss:Ameasureofthedegreeofimpedancemismatchbetweentwoimpedances.It

istheratio,expressedindecibels,oftheamplitudeofareflectedwaveechotothe

amplitudeofthemainwaveatthejunctionofatransmissionlineandaterminating

impedance.

3工作范围

SCOPEOFWORK

本工作方法和程序确定了综合布线系统现场性能测试所涉及的方式,过程和顺序,包

括平衡双绞线铜缆布线系统、光纤布线系统及其相关设备,这些工作将根据技术规范

270000章节完成。现场性能测试将按照批准的安装施工图和本文件中的详细说明进

行。

Thisworkmethodandprocedureestablishesthemannerorprocessandsequenceof

activitiesinvolvedinthefieldperformancetestingofStructuredCablingSystem,including

BalancedTwisted-PairCopperCablingSystem,OpticalFiberCablingSystem,

TelecommunicationGroundingSystemanditsassociateddeviceswhichwillbecompleted

underthespecificationSection270000.Fieldperformancetestingwillbecarriedoutas

shownontheapprovedinstallationshopdrawingsandasdetailedhereinthisdocument.

本调试计划的范围是零售商品仓库的综合布线系统。这些系统由相关的设备组成。详

细信息如下:

4测试流程

TESTINGPROCEDURE

4.1测试前检查

Pre-TestingInspection

测试前检查的目的是确保所有部件和系统在性能测试前处于令人满意和安全的状态。

同时进行本阶段设备材料的初步调整和检验,为即将进行的功能性能测试铺平道路。

Thepurposeofpre-testinginspectionistoensurethatallcomponentsandsystemsareina

satisfactoryandsafeconditionbeforeperformancetesting.Preliminaryadjustmentand

inspectionofequipmentandmaterialsatthisstageshallalsobecarriedoutatthesame

timetopavewayforthecomingfunctionalperformancetesting.

在进行任何性能测试之前,承包商将确保安装符合所有相关的法定要求和法规。

Beforecarryingoutanyperformancetesting,theContractorshallensurethatthe

installationcomplieswithallrelevantstatutoryrequirementsandregulations.

承包商将提交附录A所示的测试前检查清单和附录B所示的性能测试记录表。

TheContractorshallsubmithisproposedPre-testingInspectionChecklistshownin

AppendixAandPerformanceTestRecordshowninAppendixB.

4.2性能测试

PerformanceTesting

性能测试的目的是证明设备/装置可以满足270000规范中指定的功能和性能要求。功

能性能测试应从单个组件的测试到安装中不同系统的测试进行。

Thepurposeofperformancetestingistodemonstratethattheequipment/installationcan

meetthefunctionalandperformancerequirementsasspecifiedintheSpecification270000.

Functionalperformancetestshouldproceedfromthetestingofindividualcomponentsto

thetestingofdifferentsystemsintheinstallation.

所需的特定测试和测试顺序将根据系统的类型和大小,系统数量,施工顺序,与其他

设备的接口,与建筑元素的关系以及规格中指示的其他具体要求而有所不同。系统测

试可能必须根据工作进度分阶段进行。

Thespecifictestsrequiredandtheorderoftestswillvarydependingonthetypeandsize

ofsystems,numberofsystems,sequenceofconstruction,interfacewithotherinstallations,

relationshipwiththebuildingelementsandotherspecificrequirementsasindicatedinthe

specifications.Thetestingofsystemsmayhavetobecarriedoutinstagesdependingon

theprogressofwork.

必须评估功能性能测试期间发现的任何性能缺陷,以确定原因以及它们是否属于合同

义务。在完成必要的纠正措施后,承包商将重复测试。

Anyperformancedeficienciesrevealedduringthefunctionalperformancetestsmustbe

evaluatedtodeterminethecauseandwhethertheyarepartofthecontractualobligations.

Aftercompletionofthenecessarycorrectivemeasures,theContractorshallrepeatthe

tests.

如果由于承包商无法控制的情况而无法完成任何测试,则应将其妥善记录并报告给业

主和监理,然后由业主与有关各方联络以解决该情况。承包商应在达到适当的测试环

境后立即恢复其测试工作。

Ifanytestcannotbecompletedbecauseofcircumstancesthatarebeyondthecontrolof

theContractor,itshallbeproperlydocumentedandreportedtotheOwnerandJianli,who

shallthenliaisewiththerelevantpartiestoresolvethesituation.TheContractorshall

resumehistestingworkimmediatelyupontheattainmentofasuitabletesting

environment.

4.3文件和可交付成果

DocumentationandDeliverables

承包商将其建议的测试方法说明以及附录c中所示的测试报告样本提交给业主和监理

以供审批。

TheContractorwillsubmithisproposedTestingMethodStatementtogetherwiththeTest

ReportSampleshowninAppend汉CtotheOwnerandJianliforapproval.

承包商将所有检验和测试结果记录在适当的测试记录表中,并在每项单独测试中注明

参考。

AllinspectionandTestingresultswillberecordedbytheContractorintheappropriatetest

recordforms,thereferenceofwhichisshownagainsteachindividualtest.

所有测试完成后,将提交测试结果供审查。交接之前,承包商应与业主共同对业主代

表所选择的铜揽和光缆进行随机抽样测试,以验证其是否符合规范。
