operation.AnNOAAstatementsaidthegreaterdetailwillhelpimprovetheagency'sstudyofoceanstorms,aswellas

“thepredictionandwarningsofseverewcather.^^Inaddition,GOES-Rwillbeabletoprovideimprovedrainfall
