参考文献基础知识1)参考文献的概念参考文献:对一个信息资源或其中一部分进行准确详细著录的数据,位于文末或文中。阅读型参考文献:作者为撰写或编辑文章而阅读过的信息资源,或供读者进一步阅读的信息资源。引文型参考文献:作者为撰写或编辑文章而引用的信息资源。作者写作论文须从其所阅读过的相关文献中选择出代表性、典型的文献,在论文中合适的位置标注,并在文后以列表的形式按某种顺序和著录格式进行列示。对某论文的参考文献,引文型参考文献是阅读型参考文献的子集。第3页2)参考文献的作用

科学继承、发展,尊重知识产权,使信息资源共享反映作者科学态度及论文科学依据,评价论文水平区别作者与前人成果,尊重他人,避抄袭剽窃嫌疑索引导航,读者方便地找到和了解相关资料和文献省去无用的重复,精简语句、缩短篇幅,叙述方便有助于情报、文献计量学研究,助推学科科学发展引文分析,对出版物水准做出较为客观公正的评价第4页3)参考文献引用原则(1)提倡引用必要和新文献。撰写文章可能会阅读、参考较多文献,但一般不用全部引用,原创论文应多引用那些重要、相关、合适及年代较近的文献,综述论文引用的文献较为全面,一般不应缺少年代较早的文献。(2)提倡引用已公开发表的文献。私人通信、内部讲义及未发表出来的文章、著作(即使已被录用)一般不宜引用,但必要时也可引用,或以用脚注或文内注方式说明引用的依据。(3)宜采用与目标期刊一致的标注法。引文标注法不只有一种,不同标注法的标注格式体例并不相同,应按所选的标注法对引文进行标注。(4)宜采用与目标期刊一致的著录格式。引文标注法不同,文献著录格式也就不同。文献种类多,载体形式也不少,有传统纸介文献,还有现代电子资源等,著录格式有差异。
