Article5:TerminationofEmployment

5.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupon30days'writtennoticetotheotherparty.

5.2ThefollowingcircumstancesshallbedeemedasterminationofthisContractbytheEmployer:

(1)TheEmployeeisfoundtohaveviolatedthelawsandregulationsortheEmployer'sinternalregulations;

(2)TheEmployee'sworkperformancedoesnotmeettherequirements,andtheEmployeefailstocorrectthesituationafterbeingnotifiedbytheEmployer.

5.3ThefollowingcircumstancesshallbedeemedasterminationofthisContractbytheEmployee:

(1)TheEmployerfailstoprovidetheagreedsalaryandbenefits;

(2)TheEmployerviolatesthelawsandregulationsortheEmployee'srights.

Article6:Confidentiality

6.1Bothpartiesagreetokeepthefollowinginformationconfidential:

(2)Otherinformationagreeduponbybothparties.

Article7:DisputeResolution

7.1AnydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweenbothparties.Ifthenegotiationfails,thepartiesmayapplytothepeople'scourthavingjurisdictionovertheEmployer'splaceofbusinessforlitigation.

6.3ThefollowingcircumstancesshallbedeemedasterminationofthisContractbytheEmployee:

Article7:Confidentiality

Article8:DisputeResolution
