5.ForceMajeure:Intheeventofanyunforeseencircumstancesbeyondthereasonablecontrolofeitherparty,includingbutnotlimitedtowar,naturaldisasters,fire,flood,orgovernmentactions,theaffectedpartyshallbeexcusedfromitsobligationsunderthisContractforthedurationoftheunforeseencircumstancesandforareasonabletimethereafter.

6.Principal'sRightsandInterests:

a.ThePrincipalshallhavetherighttoinspectandacceptthegoodsupondelivery,andtodisputetheconformityofthegoodsifnecessary.

b.ThePrincipalshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractintheeventofanymaterialbreachbytheSellerortheThirdParty.

c.ThePrincipalshallhavetherighttoreceivecompensationforanylossesincurredduetotheSeller'sortheThirdParty'sbreachofthisContract.

7.Seller'sObligationsandLiabilities:
