7.ForceMajeure

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,strikes,orgovernmentactions.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
