Article3:QualityandQuantity

Article4:Payment

4.1TheBuyershallmakepaymenttotheSellerfortheContractPricewithinthirty(30)daysaftertheSellerhasdeliveredtheGoodsandtheBuyerhasconfirmedthequantityandqualityoftheGoods.

4.2Thepaymentshallbemadeinthecurrencyagreeduponbybothpartiesandshallbetransferredthroughthedesignatedbankaccount.

Article5:LiabilityandDisputeResolution

5.1TheSellershallbeliableforanylossordamagecausedtotheGoodsduringtransportationorstorage.

5.2IncaseofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,bothpartiesshallendeavortoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiations.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,eitherpartymaysubmitthecasetothePeople'sCourthavingjurisdictionovertheSellerfortrial.

Article6:TerminationoftheContract

6.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbywrittennoticetotheotherpartyiftheotherpartyfailstofulfillitsobligationsunderthisContractandfailstorectifythebreachwithinthirty(30)daysafterreceivingthewrittennotice.

6.2UponterminationofthisContract,bothpartiesshallsettlealloutstandingobligationsandclaimsarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract.

Article7:GeneralProvisions

7.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthejurisdictionagreeduponbybothparties.
