(-)定义

倒装分为完全倒装和部分倒装。完全倒装是指句中的谓语动词全部移到主语前面。而部分倒装是把助

动词、情态动词或系动词移到主语前面。为了让大家方便记忆,特此把倒装总结为“五全八部”,即五种全

部倒装,八种部分倒装。

(二)完全倒装

五全:“有时表地方”

1.“有”

Therebe结构。另外,在此结构中可以用来代替be动词的动词有:exist,seem,happen,appear,live,rise,

stand等。如:

Therestoodadogbeforehim.

Thereexistdifferentopinionsonthisquestion.

2.“时”

在以now、then等开头的句子里。“Now,Then+come(或be,go,lie,run)+主语"结构。

Thencamethehourwehadbeenlookingforwardto.

Nowcomesyourturn.

3.“表”

有时候为了强调表语,把表语置于句首,倒装结构为“表语+系动词+主语”

①形容词+系动词+主语

PresentatthemeetingwereProfessorWhiteandmanyotherguests.

②过去分词+系动词+主语

GonearethedayswhentheycoulddowhattheylikedtotheChinesepeople.

③介词短语+be+主语

AmongthegoodsareChristmastrees,flowers,candlesandtoys.

4.“地”

当表示地点的副词和介词词组(如here,there,onthewall,underthetree,infrontofthehouse,inthe

middleoftheroom等)在句首时。

Herecomestheoldlady!

Atthefootofthehillliesabeautifullake.

Thesoldiersrantothebuilding,onthetopofwhichflewaflag.

Eastofthelakelietwotowns.

Underthetreewaslyingawoundedsoldier.

5.“方”

表示方向的副词out,in,up,down,away等置于句首,要用全部倒装。

IncameMr.White.

Upwentthearrowintotheair.

Awaywenttheboy.

注意:在完全倒装中,如果主语是人称代词,就不用倒装。如:

Hereyouare.

Thereshecomes.

另:当直接引语放在句首时,要用完全倒装。例如:

“Youmustbejoking!9\shoutedmywife.

“HeisthelastmanIwanttosee”,answeredtheboy.

(三)部分倒装

八部:不只让步也常需如此祝福

1.“不”

句首状语为否定词或半否定词的句子。

①never,not,little,stillless,leastofall,seldom,rarely,barely,hardly,scarcely,nowhere,nolonger

NotaworddidIsaytohim.

NeverhaveIfoundhimsohappy.

LittledoeshecareaboutwhatIsaid.

②innoway,innocase,atnotime,bynomeans,onnoaccount,onnocondition(决不),

under/innocircumstances(在任何情况下都不)等

Innowayshouldyougiveup.

③MNotonly+分句,butalso+分句”句型中(前倒后不倒)。

NotonlydoesJohnloveChinese,heisalsogoodatspeakingit.

但notonly...butalso…连接主语时,不倒装。如:Notonlythemotherbutalsothechildrenaresick.

④Notimtil+状语/状语从句。此结构位于句首时,倒装主句而不倒装从句,即:“主倒从不倒”。

NotuntilIbegantoworkdidIrealizehowmuchtimeIhadwasted.

⑤Nosooner...than...,Hardly/Scarcely...when...

Nosooner(Hardly)hadwereachedhomethan(when)itbegantorain.

⑥Neither+分句,nor十分句(前后都倒)

Neitherwillhegototheparty,nordoeshewanttogo.

2.“只”

Only+状语放在句首,要部分倒装。如:

OnlythendidIrealizetheimportanceofmath.(副词)

Onlybythismeansisitpossibletoexplainit.(介词短语)

Onlywhenthewarwasoverin1918washeabletogethappilybacktowork.(从句)

注意:only修饰主语时,句子不可倒装Onlyhecananswerthequestion.

3.“让步”

形容词/名词/分词/副词/动词+as/though+主语+谓语

(1)名词、形容词,分词提前,如果表语为单数可数名词,这个名词不带冠词

Exhaustedas/thoughshewas,shewasn'tabletosleep.

Childasheis,heknowsmuchabouttheworld.

(2)副词提前

Muchashelikesthebike,hedoesn'twanttobuyit.

Carefullyashedidhishomework,hestillmademanymistakes.

4)动调赛前(有情态动词或时态为一般现在时或一般过去时)

Tryashemight,hedidn'tpasstheexam.

Failashedid,hedidn'tgiveup.

Detesthimaswemay,wemustadmirewhathehasaccomplished.

4.“也”

用于so,neither,nor开头的句子,表示重复前句的部分内容。原句的谓语应与前句的谓语的时态、

形式相一致。(主语可以是代词)

So+be/助动词/情态动词+主语”也是如此”此句型也可写成itisthesamewith...或者soitiswith...

一HehasbeentoCanada.

一SohaveI.我也是。

一Sohehas.他确实去了。

注意:若不倒装表示的意思是“确实如此”。

5.“常”

在以often,manyatime,nowandagain等方式或频度副词(短语)开头的句子中,要用部分倒装结构。

ManyatimehasJohngivenmegoodadvice.

Oftenhavewemadethattest.

6.“需”

在虚拟结构中,条件从句的谓语含有were,had和should这三个词时,可省去if,将这些词移至主语

之前。

HadItime(=IfIhadtime),Iwouldgoandhelpyou.

WereIyou(=IfIwereyou),Iwouldgoabroad.

Shouldhecome(=Ifheshouldcome),tellhimtoringmeup.

7.“如此”

So+adj/ad;Such+n.....that.・・."如止匕..以至于...”so/such后面句子要倒装,that后面句子不倒装。

SoclearlydoeshespeakEnglishthathecanalwaysmakehimselfunderstood.

Suchalovelyboyishethateveryoneloveshim.

8.“祝福”

用于某些表示祝愿的句子里
