b.ThecarriershalldeliverthegoodstoPartyAoritsdesignatedagentattheplaceofdeliverywithinareasonabletimeafterthevesselarrivesattheportofdestination.

4.RatesandCharges:

b.Theinsurancepolicyshallcoverthefullvalueofthegoodsandallrisksassociatedwiththetransportation.

6.LiabilityandIndemnity:

a.PartyBshallbeliableforanyloss,damage,ordelayindeliveryofthegoodscausedbythecarrier'sfaultornegligence.

b.PartyAshallindemnifyPartyBagainstanyloss,damage,orliabilityarisingfromthenatureofthegoods,improperpacking,orothercausesbeyondthecarrier'scontrol.

7.ForceMajeure:

a.Intheeventofanyforcemajeureevent,suchaswar,strikes,naturaldisasters,oranyotherunforeseencircumstancesbeyondthereasonablecontroloftheparties,theperformanceofthisContractmaybesuspendedorterminatedwithoutliabilitytoeitherparty.

b.Thepartiesshallpromptlynotifyeachotherofanyforcemajeureeventandprovideevidencethereof.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:

a.ThisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsof[ApplicableJurisdiction].

a.IntheeventofPartyA'sbreachoftheContract,PartyBshallhavetherighttoterminatetheContractandclaimdamagesforanylossesincurred.
