本文件规定了基于用户面的定位业务平台的技术要求,包括平台的体系架构、功能要求、业务流
程、安全策略以及相关的协议接口要求。
本文件适用于基于移动通信网络的定位业务平台的设计、开发和测试。

紧急IMS核心网emergencyIMScore
支持紧急IMS呼叫的IMS核心网络。
3.2
非代理模式non-proxymode
SPC系统和SET能直接通信的模式。
3.3
代理模式proxymode
SPC系统和SET不直接通信模式。
注:在这种情况下,SLC系统在SET和SPC之间执行代理作用。
3.4
SET始发SETinitiated
由SET发起的服务。
注:对于这些服务,SUPL代理是位于SET上的。
3.5
网络始发networkinitiated
相对SET始发,网络始发是从SUPL网络内部发起的服务。
