|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________|________||________|________|________|________第二部分:第三方介入后的修正一、第三方定义在本合同中,“第三方”是指除甲方(借款人)和乙方(贷款银行)之外的任何自然人、法人或其他组织,包括但不限于中介机构、担保机构、评估机构、律师事务所等。二、第三方介入方式1.中介机构:在贷款申请、审批及发放过程中,中介机构提供协助,包括但不限于提供贷款咨询服务、协助收集相关材料、协助沟通等。2.担保机构:为甲方的贷款提供担保,确保贷款安全。3.评估机构:对甲方拟装修的住房进行评估,提供评估报告。4.律师事务所:为甲乙双方提供法律咨询、合同起草等服务。三、第三方责任1.中介机构:(1)如实向甲方提供贷款信息,不得误导甲方。(2)协助甲方按照乙方要求提供真实、完整、有效的申请材料。(3)不得收取甲方任何费用以外的费用。2.担保机构:(1)按照担保合同约定,履行担保义务。(2)未经乙方同意,不得擅自解除担保。3.评估机构:(1)按照国家标准和规范进行评估,确保评估结果的准确性。(2)提供真实、客观、公正的评估报告。4.律师事务所:(1)为甲乙双方提供专业、高效的法律服务。(2)按照合同约定,及时履行律师职责。四、第三方责任限额1.中介机构:(1)如因中介机构的原因导致贷款无法发放,中介机构应承担相应的责任。(2)中介机构不得因自身原因影响贷款审批及发放。2.担保机构:(1)担保机构因自身原因导致担保失效,应承担相应的责任。(2)担保机构应确保担保期间贷款本息的偿还。3.评估机构:(
