ance4）单位工程质量验收合格应符合下列规定：4)Theacceptanceofthequalityofunitworksshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingprovisions:①所含分部工程的质量均应验收合格。①thequalityoftheincludeddivisionalworksshallbeaccepted.②质量控制资料应完整。②qualitycontrolinformationshouldbecomplete.③所含分部工程有关安全、节能、环境保护和主要使用功能的检测资料应完整。③Thetestdataonsafety,energysaving,environmentalprotectionandmainfunctionoftheincludeddivisionalprojectsshallbecomplete.④主要功能项目的抽查结果应符合相关专业验收规范的规定。④Thesamplingresultsofthemainfunctionalitemsshallbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantprofessionalacceptancespecification.⑤观感质量验收应符合要求。⑤Theacceptanceofvisualqualityshallmeettherequirements.（3）当建筑工程质量不符合要求时，应按下列规定进行处理：(3)Whenthequalityoftheconstructionprojectdoesnotmeettherequirements,thefollowingprovisionsshouldbefollowedforhandling:1、建筑工程质量验收的划分、合格判定、质量验收的程序和组织

Classification,QualificationJudgment,ProcedureandOrganizationofQualityAcceptanceforConstructionProjects1）经返工或返修的检验批，应重新进行验收。1)Thereworkedorreworkedinspectionlotsshallbere-accepted.2）经有资质的检测单位检测鉴定能够达到设计要求的检验批，应予以验收。2)Thequalifiedtestingunittestingandidentificationcanmeetthedesignrequirementsofthetestbatch,shallbeaccepted.3）经有资质的检测单位鉴定达不到设计要求，但经原设计单位核算认可能够满足结构安全和使用功能的检验批，可予以验收。3)Thequalifiedtestingunitidentifiedbythedesignrequirementscannotbereached,butbytheoriginaldesignunitaccountingrecognitiontomeetthestructuralsafetyanduseoffunctionaltestbatch,canbeaccepted.4）经返修或加固处理的分项、分部工程，满足安全及使用功能要求时，可按技术处理方案和协商文件进行验收。4)Afterrepairorreinforcementtreatmentofthesub-items,divisionsoftheproject,tomeetthesafetyanduseoffunctionalrequirements,accordingtothetechnicaltreatmentprogrammeandconsultationdocumentsforacceptance.5）通过返修或加固处理仍不能满足安全或重要使用要求的分部工程及单位工程，严禁验收。5)Throughtherepairorreinforcementtreatmentstillcannotmeetthesafetyorimportantuseoftherequirementsofthedivisionandunitworks,acceptanceisstrictlyprohibited.（4）建筑工程质量验收程序和组织(4)ProceduresandOrganizationforQualityAcceptanceofConstructionProjects1、建筑工程质量验收的划分、合格判定、质量验收的程序和组织

Classification,QualificationJudgment,ProcedureandOrganizationofQualityAcceptanceforConstructionProjects（4）建筑工程质量验收程序和组织(4)ProceduresandOrganizationforQualityAcceptanceofConstructionProjects4）单位工程中的分包工程完工后，分包单位应对所承包的工程项目进行自检，并应按本标准规定的程序进行验收。验收时，总包单位应派人参加。分包单化应将所分包工程的质量控制资料整理完整，并移交给总包单位。4)Uponcompletionofthesubcontractedworksintheunitworks,thesubcontractingunitshallcarryoutself-inspectionofthecontractedworksitemsandshallcarryoutacceptanceinaccordancewiththeproceduresspecifiedinthesestandards.Atthetimeofacceptance,thegeneralcontractingunitshallsendsomeonetoparticipate.Subcontractingunitisationshallcompletethequalitycontrolinformationofthesubcontractedprojectandtransferittothegeneralcontractingunit.5）单位工程完工后，施工单位应组织有关人员进行自检。总监理工程师应组织各专业监理工程师对工程质量进行竣工预验收。存在施工质量问题时，应由施工单位整改。整改完毕后，由施工单位向建设单位提交工程竣工报告，申请工程竣工验收。5)Afterthecompletionofunitworks,theconstructionunitshallorganiserelevantpersonneltocarryoutself-inspection.Thechiefsupervisingengineershallorganiseallprofessionalsupervisingengineerstocarryoutpre-acceptanceofthecompletionoftheprojectquality.Whenthereareconstructionqualityproblems,theconstructionunitshallrectifythem.Afterrectification,theconstructionunitshallsubmittheprojectcompletionreporttotheconstructionunitandapplyforprojectcompletionacceptance.6）建设单位收到工程竣工报告后，应由建设单位项目负责人组织监理、施工、设计、勘察等单位项目负责人进行单位工程验收。(6)Aftertheconstructionunitreceivesthereportonthecompletionoftheproject,theprojectmanageroftheconstructionunitshallorganisetheprojectmanagerofthesupervisory,construction,designandsurveyunitstocarryouttheacceptanceoftheunitproject.1、建筑工程质量验收的划分、合格判定、质量验收的程序和组织

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering《建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范》GB50202-2018规定：“TheCodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering“GB50202-2018stipulatesthat:（1）有些地基与基础工程规模较大，内容较多，既有桩基又有地基处理，甚至基坑开挖等，可按工程管理的需要，根据《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2013所划分的范围，确定子分部工程。(1)Somefoundationandfoundationworksarelargeinscaleandcontent,bothpilefoundationandfoundationtreatment,evenpitexcavation,etc.,accordingtotheneedsofprojectmanagement,accordingtothe"UnifiedStandardforQualityAcceptanceofBuildingConstruction"GB50300-2013,thescopeofthedivision,todeterminethesub-divisionoftheproject.2、建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering（2）地基基础工程大量都是地下工程，虽有勘探资料，但常有与地质资料不符或没有掌握到的情况发生，致使工程不能顺利进行。为避免不必要的重大事故或损失，遇到施工异常情况出现应停止施工，待妥善解决后再恢复施工。(2)Alargenumberoffoundationworksareundergroundworks,andalthoughthereareexplorationdata,thereareofteninconsistencieswithgeologicaldataorsituationsnotgrasped,resultingintheprojectnotbeingcarriedoutsmoothly.Inordertoavoidunnecessarymajoraccidentsorlosses,theconstructionshouldbestoppedwhenencounteringconstructionanomalies,andthenresumedafterpropersolution.2、建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering（3）质量验收的程序与组织应按现行国家标准《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2013的规定执行。作为合格标准主控项目应全部合格，一般项目合格数应不低于80％。(3)Theprocedureandorganisationofqualityacceptanceshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandard"UnifiedStandardforQualityAcceptanceofBuildingConstruction"GB50300-2013.Asthequalifiedstandardmaincontrolprojectsshouldbeallqualified,andthenumberofqualifiedgeneralprojectsshouldbenotlessthan80%.3、混凝土结构施工质量验收规范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2015规定：“CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofConcreteStructuralengineering”GB50204-2015stipulatesthat:（1）对涉及混凝土结构安全的有代表性的部位应进行结构实体检验。结构实体检验应包括混凝土强度、钢筋保护层厚度、结构位置与尺寸偏差以及合同约定的项目，必要时可检验其他项目。(1)Structuralentityinspectionshallbecarriedoutforrepresentativepartsinvolvingthesafetyofconcretestructure.Structuralentityinspectionshallincludeconcretestrength,reinforcingsteelprotectivelayerthickness,structuralpositionanddimensionaldeviationandcontractualitems,ifnecessary,otheritemscanbetested.（2）结构实体检验应由监理单位组织施工单位实施，并见证实施过程。(2)Structuralentityinspectionshallbesupervisedbytheconstructionunittoorganisetheimplementationoftheconstructionunit,andwitnesstheimplementationprocess.3、混凝土结构施工质量验收规范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures（3）施工单位应制定结构实体检验专项方案，并经监理单位审核批准后实施。除结构位置与尺寸偏差外的结构实体检验项目，应由具有相应资质的检测机构完成。(3)Theconstructionunitshallformulatethestructuralentityinspectionspecialprogramme,andafterthesupervisionunitreviewandapprovaloftheimplementation.Inadditiontothestructuralpositionandsizedeviationofthestructuralentityinspectionproject,shouldbecompletedbytheappropriatequalificationtestingorganisations.3、混凝土结构施工质量验收规范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures（4）结构实体混凝土强度应按不同强度等级分别检验，检验方法宜采用同条件养护试件方法；当未取得同条件养护试件强度或同条件养护试件强度不符合要求时，可采用回弹一取芯法进行检验。(4)Thestrengthofstructuralconcreteshallbetestedaccordingtodifferentstrengthlevels,andthetestmethodshalladoptthesameconditioncuringspecimenmethod;whenthestrengthofthesameconditioncuringspecimenisnotobtainedorthestrengthofthesameconditioncuringspecimendoesnotmeettherequirements,reboundacoremethodcanbeusedfortesting.3、混凝土结构施工质量验收规范
