浙江省S县给水工程初步设计摘要本设计是关于金华市S县城区给水工程初步设计的计算和说明。设计的主要内容包括计算城市用水量;计算给水厂的设计规模、取水构筑物设计、给水管网的设计和工程投资估算等。根据S县的地形图,将水源设置在S江,取水口设置在上游顺直河段,这样河床稳定,不易发生施工事故。查阅资料得出S江的最高水位是55m,频率是2%,最低水位50m,常年水位是52m。设计采用河床式取水构筑物,使用水泵直接吸水,取水头部采用喇叭管垂直向下式。管网水量采用最高时水量:Qh为2055.28L/s本设计采用加压式的给水管道系统,输水管道系统采用管道的形式。本设计考虑技术与经济因素,因此在管网布置方面,采用环状管网。本设计的给水厂设计规模是136591m3/d。工程设计流程如下:取水水源→取水构筑物(一级泵站)→絮凝池(网格)→沉淀池(斜管)→滤池(V型)→清水池→二级泵站→管网系统。本设计的混凝剂采用硫酸铝,消毒剂采用液氯。本设计的絮凝池采用网格絮凝池,絮凝效果好、水头损失小、絮凝的时间相较来说比较短。沉淀池采用斜管沉淀池。它的优点是沉淀时间较短、性能较好、占地面积小。滤池采用V型滤池。工程估算总投资3500万元,工程建设期为1年。关键词:泵站;沉淀池;滤池;清水池;水头损失目录TOC\o"1-2"\h\u4763引言 63引言本设计课题为金华市S县城区给水工程初步设计。S县,隶属于浙江省金华市,位于浙江省中部。S县的东西宽为50km左右,南北长为59km左右,城市面积为1577.2km2左右。地形属于浙中丘陵盆地和浙中南山区交叉地带,地势南高北低,县境中部隆起,西南高山连绵,东北丘陵起伏,山脉属仙霞岭分支。虽然S县属于亚热带季风气候,总体来说雨量充沛,但是也时常用水紧张,而且饮用水也遭到了来自工业区的不同程度的污染。河流边的工业区产生了大量的污染物,对水质造成较大污染。所以为了缓解由于水质型缺水导致的用水紧张情况,也是满足缓解工业,农业的用水量,因此需要在S县要建一座新的给水厂,这座新的给水厂的处理规模为136591m3/d。净水工艺采用常规处理工艺。最终采用的工艺流程如下:取水水源→取水构筑物(一级泵站)→絮凝池(网格)→沉淀池(斜管)→滤池(V型)→清水池→二级泵站→管网系统。同时,给水管网的规划和设计也要考虑S县的经济情况,此外也要考虑到安全性问题。综合来设计,采用环状管网,不仅可以减少水锤,降低发生危害的可能性,也比较符合经济定位。此给水工程的初步设计,符合目前S县的现状,使人们用水更加安全可靠,改善目前的用水状况。设计要求及资料1.1设计任务及要求1.1.1设计题目金华市S县给水工程初步设计1.1.2设计进出水水质水源水质资料:河水水质达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅱ类水体,浊度15NTU左右,色度10度左右,耗氧量小于2.0mg/L,pH值7.1,总硬度107mg/L(以CaCO3计)左右,无异臭异味。设计出水水质:满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)要求。1.2设计资料及依据1.2.1人口及用水情况全县户籍人口36万,城区人口30万人,给水普及率100%。1.2.2自然条件常年主导风向为东北风。年平均降水量1474.49mm。地形属浙中丘陵盆地和浙中南山区交叉地带,工程地质良好,适于工程建设。县境东西宽50km,南北长59km,境域面积1577.2km2。1.2.3设计依据1.《水质工程学》教材上、下册;2.《给水排水设计手册》第一、五、十、十一册;3.《给水排水工程快速设计手册》2、5册;4.《水泵及水泵站》姜乃昌主编,中国建筑工业出版社;5.《给水排水工程专业毕业设计指南》张智等编著,中国水利水电出版设;6.《水处理工程设计计算》韩洪军等编著,中国建筑工业出版社;7.《给水排水制图标准》(GB/T50106-2001);8.《给水工程》严煦世,范瑾初等编著,中国建筑工业出版社;总体设计2.1给水处理工艺方案2.1.1净水工艺的要求给水处理的目的,是为了除去水中的杂质和污染物,例如:病毒和细菌、微生物以及其他一些有毒物质等,使处理后的水质能被人类引用或者使用于生产。同时,处理后的水质必须符合国家的要求,必须处理出高质量的水质。2.1.2取水工程方案取水工程的的线路是在已经选定水源地的前提下,把水取出,然后经过给水厂的一系列处理后送到用户手中。本设计的水源为S江,取水口位于上游,河道顺畅平直,河床与河岸也较为稳定。经查阅得知最高水位10.0m,频率2%,最低水位4.5m,常水位7.5m。本设计采用采用河床式取水构筑物,使用水泵直接吸水,取水口头部采用喇叭管,垂直向下。进水管的数量必须是两条以上;设计流速要大于等于0.6m/s,当然也不能过度大。虹吸高度要小于等于4m-6m,进水管的冲洗方式可以采用顺冲和反冲两种。2.1.3混凝工艺方案目前我国已经具备多种形式的絮凝池,包括折板絮凝池、隔板絮凝池、以及网格絮凝池等。折板絮凝池主要优点是容积小,主要缺点是造价高。隔板絮凝池,构造比较简单,在施工阶段以及后期运营管理可能稍微方便一点。但是他的容积过大。而网格絮凝池就结合了折板和隔板的优点,缺点只是池底容易积泥。所以综合来比较,本设计选择网格絮凝池作为混凝工艺的构筑物。2.1.4沉淀工艺方案目前我国的沉淀池形式也基本齐全。有竖流沉淀池、平流沉淀池、斜板和辐流沉淀池等。平流式沉淀池主要优点是施工管理简单,而且造价较低。它的缺点是排泥难度大,需要的占地面积大,平流沉淀池适用于大中型的水厂。竖流式池的占地面积相较来说小一点,优点在于排泥难度低。缺点是因为它是是竖式的,所以水流量会较小一点,沉淀效果不会太好,适用于小水厂。辐流式沉淀池额外多了一个机械持泥装置,排泥效果也好一些。缺点是投资造价高,维护管理费劲。适用于大中型水厂。斜板式沉淀池,沉淀效果好,占地面积小。缺点是能耗高,排泥较困难。一般用于大中型水厂的情况多一点。综合考虑,本设计使用斜管沉淀池。2.1.5消毒工艺方案消毒工艺有液氯消毒和氯胺消毒两种。液氯消毒的主要优点是余氯连续消毒,费用较少,操作上会比较好操作一点,缺点是原水的有机物含量高,原水中含有苯酚会生成有机氯化物。苯酚气味对人有害,氯气有毒。氯胺的优点是能减少三卤甲烷的产生;抑制细菌的形成。缺点是消毒速度比液氯慢,还需要额外增加加氯设备,启动和管理的问题操作难。适合原水有机物多,排水管道长的情况。本设计采用液体氯消毒工艺。2.1.6管网方案管网分为树状网和环状网。树状网络一般适合小城市,如果管道线路的管道部分受损,在该管道线路段以后所有管道的线路都将被切断,从而降低供水的稳定性。在树状网的尽头,水流变得比较慢,水的质量会变劣。环网管区如果受损,附近的阀门关闭后还可以重新检查,其他管道也可以向用户提供水,从而提高用水的可信度。环状网安全性较高。综合考虑,本设计采用环状管网。图2-1管网布置给水管网设计3.1给水管网计算3.1.1总用水量概括城市总用水量包括:居民综合生活用水量、工业生产用水量、浇洒道路用水量和绿化用水量、管网漏损水量、未预见用水量、和消防用水量。给水厂出水水质需要满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)要求。3.1.2最高日综合生活用水量(3-1)其中:q表示居民综合生活用水定额,N代表居民人数,f代表自来水普及率。根据《室外给水设计规范》(GB50013-2006),金华市S县城区的供水标准为220L/人•天;N表示人口数,为30w人;f表示自来水普及率,查阅S县自来水普及相关资料取为95%;3.1.3工业生产用水量S县主要的工业区是百花山工业区,走访工业区调研得出全区日用水量为20000m3/d左右,所以Q2=20000m3/d(3-2)3.1.4浇洒道路用水量和绿化用水量根据《室外给水设计规范》(GB50013-2006)的规定,浇洒道路和绿化用水可按最高日综合生活用水量和工业生产用水量之和的30%~50%,这里取35%。所以=24810(3-3)3.1.5管网漏失水量管网漏失水量应该按照3.1.1~3.1.4几项之和的10%~12%计算,这里取10%。所以(3-4)3.1.6未预见用水量未预见用水量应根据难以预测的因素综合来确定,可以采用3.1.1~3.1.5之和的8%~12%确定,这里取10%。所以(3-5)3.1.7给水厂的设计水量最高日用水量为:(3-6)本设计水量约为136591m3/d。3.1.8消防用水量根据《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016)及《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(GB50045)等设计防火规范,S县的城市消防用水量为55L/S,次数为2次。最高日用水量不纳入消防用水量,因为火灾的发生是偶然的,所以灭火的消防用水也会比较少。3.1.9最高时用水量的计算根据《室外给水设计规范》(GB50013-2006)的规定,城镇供水的时变化系数、日变化系数应根据城镇性质和规模、国民经济和社会发展、供水系统布局,结合现状供水曲线和日用水变化分析确定。在缺乏实际用水资料情况下,最高日城市综合用水的时变化系数宜采用1.2~1.6;日变化系数宜采用1.1~1.5。这里采取1.3。(3-7)3.2给水管网的设计3.2.1给水工程的确定给水管道的输水方式有重力式输水,加压式输水或是结合并用。这里采用加压式输水方式,采用管道。3.3设计用水量3.3.1设计用水量的计算管网设计用水量采用最高日最高时用水量:Qh=2055.28L/s
