Whereas:PartyA,onbehalfofitselfandfundsorproductsitmanages,voluntarilyappointsPartyBtoexecutethebondtradingandsettlement,andPartyBacceptsPartyA’sappointment.AccordingtotheContractLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChina,MeasurefortheAdministrationofBondTransactionintheNationalInter-BankBondMarket(OrderofPBoC[2000]No.2),MeasurefortheAdministrationoftheRegistrationandSettlementofBondsintheNationalInter-BankBondMarket(YinFa[2009]No.1),NoticeofthePeople’sBankofChinaontheRelevantIssuesLaunchingtheBondSettlementAgencyBusiness(YinFa[2000]No.325),NoticeofthePeople’sBankofChinaonIssuesConcerningthePilotProgramonInvestmentintheInter-BankBindMarketwithRMBFundsbyThreeTypesofInstitutionsIncludingOverseasRMBClearingBanks(YinFa[2010]No.217),NoticeofthePeople’sBankofChinaonInvestmentinInter-BankMarketwithRMBForeignCentralBanks,InternationalFinancialOrganizations,SovereignWealthFunds,(YinFa[2015]No.220),NoticeofthePeople’sBankofChinaonMattersConcerningtheOpeningofRMBBankandSettlementAccountsbyForeignCentralBanksandSimilarInstitutionsatDomesticBankingFinancialInstitutions,(YinFa[2015]No.227),theAnnouncementofthePeople’sBankofChina[2016]No.3,theAnnouncementofthePeople’sBankofChinaShanghaiHeadOffice[2016]No.2(asamendedandupdatedfromtimetotime),andotherapplicablelawofChina,PartyAandBreachthisAgreementonthebasisofequity,mutualbenefitandconsultationandgoodfaith.DefinitionsInthisAgreementanditsschedules,unlessthecontextrequiresotherwise,thetermsaredefinedasbelow.BondAgentTradingandSettlement：PartyBisappointedtotradebondandsettlebondtradingastheauthorizedagentonbehalfofPartyAindomesticinterbankbondmarket.BondAccount:electronicbookkeepingaccount(s)whichrecordthevariety,quantityandchangesofthebondsheldbytheinvestor.ThebondaccountopenedwithCCDCisaCategory-Iaccount,andthatopenedwithShanghaiClearingHouseisaC-classaccount.LocalCurrencyTradingSystemAccount:auseraccountwhichisopenedbyPartyBintheinterbanklocalcurrencytradingsystembasedontheauthorizationofPartyAfortradingwithcounterpartiesattheinterbankbondmarket.TheopeningoflocalcurrencytradingsystemaccountshallbesubjecttorelevantmanagementofCFETS.CNYSpecialAccount:SpecialRMBdepositaccount(s)whichis/areopenedwithPartyBaccordingtorelevantregulationsofthePBoCforthesettlementandclearingofbondtradingandpaymentoftheprincipalandinterest.RelevantregulationsandrulesofPartyBonaccountmanagementarealsoapplicabletoCNYSpecialAccount.ForeignCentralBankandsimilarinstitutions:foreigncentralbank(monetaryauthority)andotherofficialreservemanagementinstitution,internationalfinancialinstitution,sovereignwealthfund.OverseasFinancialInstitutions:thelawfullyregisteredandestablishedcommercialbank,insurancecompany,securitiescompany,fundmanagementcompanyandotherassetmanagementcompanyasdefinedintheAnnouncementofPBoC[2016]No.3.Investmentproductslegallyissuedbytheseentitiestotheirclients,andpensions,charityfund,endowmentfund,andothermiddleandlongterminstitutionalinvestorsthatarerecognizedbyPBoC.PRC:thePeople’sRepublicofChina(forthepurposeofthisAgreement,notincludingHongKong,Macau,Taiwan).Laws:allthelaws,rules,guides,orders,policiesandregulateddocumentsorrequestsofgovernment,regulatoryanddepositoryinstitutions,issuedbyChinesegovernmentoranyCompetentAuthorities,asamendedorsupplementedorreplacedformtimetotime.MaterialAdverseEvents:theadversechangeofthelegalandfinancialstatus,assetorbusinessprospectforonePartywhichmayhavematerialadverseinfluenceonitscapabilitytoperformthisAgreement.Tax:theexistingorupcomingtaxorothergovernmentlevy,includingbutnotlimitedtobusinesstax,value-addedtax,incometaxandothertax.CCDC:ChinaCentralDepository&ClearingCo.LtdSCH：ShanghaiClearingHouseCFETS:ChinaForeignExchangeTradeSystem.CompetentAuthority:thePeople’sBankofChina(PBoC),ChinaBankingRegulatoryCommission(CBRC),ChinaSecuritiesRegulatoryCommission(CSRC),StateAdministrationofForeignExchange(SAFE),Court,Procuratorate,Taxauthority,IndustrialandCommercialAdministrationAuthorities,Self-regulatoryorganization,TradingandDepositoryInstitutions,ArbitrationCourt.TradingandDepositoryInstitutions:anyoneormultipleofCCDC,SCHandCFETS.Bond:fixedincomesecuritiespermittedforPartyAtotradewhichisissuedandtradedintheChinainterbankbondmarket.BusinessDay:thebusinessdayofcommercialbanksinChinaopenforcorporateclientbusiness(notincludingChineseofficialholidays).RepresentationsandWarrantiesRepresentationsandWarrantiesofPartyA：UpontheexecutionandduringthetermofthisAgreement,forthebenefitofPartyB,PartyArepresentsandwarrantsasbelow.1.PartyAislegallyregisteredandexistingunder__________(law),andestablishedwiththeapprovalof__________,andwithallrightsandauthorizationstocarryoutitsbusinessesandperformthisAgreement(PartyAtotick√intheright□ifthecategoryapplytoit)□foreigncentralbank(□Foreigncentralbankormonetaryauthority,□InternationalFinancialinstitution,□Sovereignwealthfund);□Overseasfinancialinstitutions(□Commercialbank,□Insurancecompany,□Securitiescompany,□Fundmanagementcompany,□Pensionfund,□Charityfund,□Endowmentfund,□othermiddleandlongterminstitutioninvestor)2.PartyAhasgonethroughallnecessaryinternalprocedurestoauthorizeittosignandperformthisAgreement.ThisAgreementconstitutelawful,effectiveandbindingobligationsonPartyA.3.PartyAhasobtainedallnecessaryapprovals,consents,licensesandauthorizationtosignandperformthisAgreement;andhasfulfilledallnecessarystatement,application,filing,registration,notificationandreport.4.PartyAshallhavenecessaryqualificationsandconditionspursuanttoPBoC’sregulationforitsoperationinChinainterbankbondmarket,andshallobservealltheLawsapplicabletoPartyB,includingbutnotlimitedtomakinginvestmentandtransferringfundswithinitsexpectedinvestmentvolumeregisteredwithPBoC,anddisclosinginformationofconnectedtransactionandmaterialtransaction.PartyAshallassistCompetentAuthoritiesandTradingandDepositoryInstitutionstomonitorandtakemarketsupervisoryactionsonPartyAand/orPartyB’sperformanceandtradingactivitiesunderthisAgreement.5.TotheknowledgeofPartyA,PartyA’ssigning,deliveryandperformanceofthisAgreementdonot：1）violateorbecontradictorytoanyLawsapplicabletoPartyA,2）breachexistingconstitutionaldocumentsofPartyA,3)breachanyeffectiveagreement,undertaking,judicialverdictoradministrativeordersofwhichPartyAisapartyorwhichhasbindingeffectonPartyAoritsassets,4)resultinorconstitutedefaultsundersuchagreementorundertaking.6.TotheknowledgeofPartyA,thereisnoMaterialAdverseEventorsituationthatmightresultindefaultofPartyAunderanyagreementsofwhichitisapartyoranyagreementswhichhavebindingeffectonitselforitsassets.7.TotheknowledgeofPartyA,there’snojudgment,arbitrations,judicialoradministrativedisputesthatthreatsorchallenge,orimposemajormaterialadverseeffectpartiallyorentirelyonthevalidityofthisAgreementofanyactionstakenortobetakenbasedonthisAgreement.PartyAhasnotbreachedanygovernmentordersthatmightbringMaterialAdverseEvents.8.PartyAhastheabilitytopayoffthedebt,inthereasonablypredictablefuture,thisAgreementwillnoleadPartyAtolosethisability.PartyAhasnottakenanyaction,neitherisanythirdpartytakinganyunfavorablemeasuresagainstPartA,norstartorabouttostartanylegalproceeding,thatmakesitdissolvedormakeitselfasitswholeorpartoritspartialpropertyorincometakenoverbyadministrativereceiver,liquidatororsimilarpersonnel.PartyAhastheabilitytopayoffallofitsdebtandthereisnodisputeincludingbutnotlimitedto,norelevantlawsuitorarbitrationondebtsandwillnotdelaypaymentofsuchdebt.9.PartyAwilldeliverandreportallthenecessarytaxdocumentunderthisAgreementintime,andwillsubmitalltheTaxpayablewhichisunderPartyA’sobligationandotherlegalgovernmentfee.10.TheinformationprovidedunderthetransactionsdocumentwhichPartyAsubmittedtoPartyBshouldbetrue,completeandaccurate.11.Thesigning,deliveryandfulfilmentofthisAgreementbyPartyA,aswellasbondsettlementandtradingbasedonthisAgreementarenotpublicorgovernmentbehavior,butcommercialactivities.IfPartyAisaForeignCentralBankorSovereignEntities,PartyAherebyirrevocablyagreestowaivetothefullestextentpermittedbytheapplicablelawoftherelevantjurisdiction,allandanyrightsofimmunity,includingbutnotlimitedto,anyimmunityfromsuitandjurisdiction(atanystage,whethercourtactionorarbitration),attachment(whetherpriortojudgmentoraward,inaidofenforcementorotherwise),andenforcementofanyjudgment,orderoraward.12.UnlessotherwisedisclosedbyPartyAtoPartyBinwriting,PartyAisthebeneficialownerofCNYSpecialAccountandBondAccount;ifPartyAisnotthebeneficialownerofanysuchaccount,ithasfullpowerandauthoritytoenterintoandimplementthisAgreementinrespectofthoseaccountsonbehalfofthebeneficialowner(includingbutnotlimitedtotherelevantcustomersofPartyAorthefundsPartyAmanages)andPartyBmaydealonlywithPartyA,andholdPartyAliable,asifPartyAweresuchbeneficialowneranduponexecution,thisAgreementwillconstitutevalidandbindingobligationsofthebeneficialowner;TheactivitiesunderthisAgreementwillnotresultinmaterialadverseeffecttotheanyrightsandlegitimateinterestsofPartyA’sthird-partycreditors.13.AnyothertradewhichPartyAparticipatesinwillnotresultinmaterialadverseeffectonthetradeunderthisAgreementortherightsandinterestsofPartyB.(2)RepresentationsandWarrantiesofPartyB:UpontheexecutionandduringthetermofthisAgreement,forthemutualbenefitoftheParties,PartyBrepresentsandwarrantsasbelow.1.PartyBislegallyregisteredandexistingunderPRClaw,withallrightsandauthorizationtocarryoutthebusinessandtoperformtherightsandobligationsunderthisAgreement.2.PartyBhasfulfilledallnecessaryinternalproceduretoacquireauthorizationinordertosignanddeliverthisAgreement.ThisAgreementconstituteslawful,effectiveandbindingobligationsonPartyB.3.PartyBhasobtainedallnecessaryapprovals,consents,licensesandhascompletedallnecessaryfiling,registrationandnotificationtosignandperformthisAgreement.4..TotheknowledgeofPartyB,PartyB’ssigning,deliveryandperformanceofthisAgreementdonot：1）violateorbecontradictorytoanyLawsapplicabletoPartyB,2）breachexistingconstitutionaldocumentsofPartyB,3)breachanyeffectiveagreement,undertaking,judicialverdictoradministrativeordersofwhichPartyBisapartyorwhichhasbindingeffectonPartyBoritsassets,4)resultinorconstitutedefaultsundersuchagreementorundertaking.5.TotheknowledgeofPartyB,there’snojudgment,arbitrations,judicialoradministrativeactivities,proceduresorinvestigationthatthreatsthevalidityofthisAgreementoranyactionstakenortobetakenbasedonthisAgreement.6.TotheknowledgeofPartyB,therehasnoemergedorexistingeventsorsituations,nortradesdoneunderthisAgreement,thatwillleadtothebreachingorreasonablyanticipatedbreachinganyprovisionsunderanyagreementtowhichPartyBisapartyoranyagreementwhichhasbindingeffectofPartyB’sassets.PartyA’sRightsandObligationsPartyA’sRightsPartyAappliesforbondstradingandsettlementagencybusinessatitsowndecision,andsubjecttoconsentfromPartyB,shallhavethefollowingrights:1.PartyAshallhavetherighttoappointPartyBtoopenbondaccount(s)inthenameofitselforfundsorproductsunderitsmanagement(orothernamesaspermittedbytheLawswithTradingandDepositoryInstitutionssuchasCCDCandSCHandopendomesticcurrencytradingsystemaccount(s)withtheCFETS.2.PartyAshallhavetherighttoappointPartyBtocompletesuchbondstransactionsthroughthedomesticcurrencytradingsystemonbehalfofPartyAasrequiredbythisAgreement.3.PartyAshallhavesuchrightsinaccordancewiththisAgreement:□asaforeigncentralandsovereignentities,toapponitPartyBtohandlesuchrelevantproducttransactionsonitsbehalfaspermittedbyCompetentAuthorities,suchascashbondtrade,bonddistribution,pledgerepo,outrightrepo,bondlending,bondforward,forwardrateagreementandinterestrateswap;□asanoverseasfinancialinstitution,toappointPartyBtohandlesuchtransactionsonitsbehalfaspermittedbyCompetentAuthorities,suchascashbondtrade,bonddistribution,pledgerepo,outrightrepoandbondlendingbondforward,forwardrateagreementandinterestrateswapforthehedgingpurpose(ifPartyAisanoverseasfinancialinstitutionwiththequalificationsofaRenminbiClearingBankorparticipatingbank,itshallhavetherighttoappointPartyBtohandlesuchtransactionsaspledge-stylerepoandbuy-outrepo)(ticktherelevantboxwith√accordingtoPartyA’squalifications).ShouldPartyAappointsPartyBtocommittradeswithintheregulatoryboundaryinadditiontobondtrading(“OtherTrades”),thedefinitionof“CFETS”,“BondAccount”,etcasdenotedinthisAgreementshallcoverthetradingplatformandaccounts,etc.for“OtherTrades”.Ifthereareanydivergencebetweentheactualoperatingflowofsuchtradesandthisagreement,specificlawsapplicabletosuchOtherTradesortheagreementotherwiseagreedbytheParties,ifany,shallprevail.4.TheNAFMIIRepoMasterAgreementshallbeexecutedforpledgerepooroutrightrepobyPartyA;AbilateralagreementforbondlendingshallbeexecutedwithcounterpartyifPartyAistobeengagedinbondlending.IfPartyAisanForeignCentralBankandSovereignEntities,theISDAAgreementshallbeexecutedinrespectofbondforward,forwardrateagreementandinterestrateswaptrade;ifPartyAisanOverseasFinancialInstitutionandislegitimatetocommitderivativestrading,theNAFMIIMasterAgreementshallbeexecuted(unlessotherwiseregulatedbythelaws).5.PartyAshallhavetherighttoown,manageoruseaccountsofitsownorthoseoffundsorproductsunderitsmanagementandshallalsohavetherighttoinquirePartyBaboutitsaccountinformationandobtainstatementsofaccounts6.OtherRightsprovidedunderapplicablePRCLawsandunderthisAgreementPartyA’sObligations1.AtthetimeofenteringintothisAgreement,PartyAshallreadcarefullyandundertaketocomplywiththisAgreement.2.Whenthebondtradeandsettlementagencyrelationshipisestablishedbetweenbothparties,PartyAshallensurethatithasthenecessaryqualificationincompliancewithregulations.3.PartyAshallprovidenecessaryinformationasrequiredbyPartyBandensurethatsuchinformationistrue,validandcomplete,PartyAunderstandsthatPartyBisobligatedtosubmitnecessaryinformationtoregulatoryauthoritiesaccordingtorelevantorapplicablelaws.PartyAshallprovide(directlyorthroughanauthorizedrepresentative)PartyBwithallsuchmaterials,documentorinformationasnecessarytocomplywithrelevantorapplicablelawsinatimelymannerorallsuchmaterials,documentorinformationasrequiredtoperformanyobligationstogetherwithPartyAonacontinuousbasisunderthisAgreementandshallprovideconvenienceandassistancetoPartyBsoastofacilitateanysubmissionofanyrelevantinformation.4.PartyAshallopenanRMBspecialaccountwithPartyBsoastohandlefundreceiptandpaymentbusinessrelatedtobondtradefundclearingandpaymentofbondprincipalandinterestandensurethattherewillbesufficientfundintheRMBspecialaccounttocompletefundclearingonthesettlementdateofbondtrade.IfPartyAneedstoopenaspecialforeignexchangeaccountwithPartyBsoastohandletheoutwardandinwardremittanceandsettlementandsaleofforeignexchange,suchbusinessshallbehandledinaccordancewiththerelevantregulationoftheStateAdministrationofForeignExchange.IntheeventthatanyCNYSpecialAccountrelatedfundclearingisrequired,therightsandobligationsofbothparties,ifapplicable,shallbeprovidedinaseparate[]enteredintobybothparties.5.PartyA,ifapplicable,canestablishwithPartyBacooperativerelationshipofcustodybusinessandcompletebondtradeandsettlementagencybusinessthroughsuchcustodybusiness,andtherightsandobligationsofbothpartiesinrespectoffundclearingshallbeprovidedforinaseparate[]enteredintobybothparties.6.PartyAshallmakeanapplicationforbusinessbysubmittingtoPartyBanapplicationformandaletterofentrustmentforBondTradeandSettlementAgencyBusiness,whichshallspecifyauthorizedbusinesspersonnelandsignatureorsealsamplesandbeexecutedbythelegalrepresentativeorauthorizedrepresentative.IncaseofanychangeinanyinformationprovidedbyPartyA,PartyAshallinformPartyBofthesamepromptly.TherelevantchangeshalltakeeffectfromthedateofthereceiptbyPartyBofthenoticefromPartyA.7.PartyAshalldelivertoPartyBaletterofentrustmentforBondTradepromptly,inordertoentrustPartyBtocompletebondtradeonbehalfofPartyA.8.PartyA，ifapplicable,shalldelivertoPartyBaninstructionforbonddistributionandsettlementpromptly,inordertoentrustPartyBtohandlebonddistributionandsettlement.9.PartyAshallensurethattheinstructionsdeliveredaretrue,completeandaccurate.PartyAshallberesponsiblefortruthfulnessandlegalityofsuchinstructions.PartyAshallinformPartyBimmediatelyifanyerrorisfoundinrespectofanyofitstradeorsettlementinstructionsexecutedbyPartyB.10.Priortoanyrelatedormaterialtransactions,PartyAshallbeobligatedtohaveinplacetherelevanttrademanagementsystemaccordingtotherelevantregulationofregulatoryauthoritiessoastostandardizethepricingmethod,internalcontrolmechanism,internalauditandinformationdisclosureprocedures,whichmethod,mechanismandproceduresshallbesubmittedtotheTradeCenterforrecord.Afterthetransactions,relevantinformationshallbedisclosed.11.IntheeventofanyRepo,bondlendingorbondforwardtransactions,PartyAshallensurethatthetransactionamountandrelevantbalanceshallnotexceedtheregulatoryrequirements;otherwise,PartyAshallreporttotheTradeCenterthereasonforthetransaction,pricingbasisandpossibleimpactwithintheprescribednumberofdays12.ForthepurposeofanytransactionsenteredintobyPartyBonbehalfofPartyAandinPartyA’snamethroughtheRMBelectronictradingsystem,PartyAshallberesponsibletoitscounterpartiesforanylegalconsequence.13.Whenithandlesbondtradeandsettlementagencybusiness,PartyAshallpayPartyBbondsettlementagencycommissionaccordingtotherelevantprovisionsofthisAgreementandremittoPartyBanyrelevantchargespayablebyittotheCCDC,CFETSandSCH.14.PartyAshallkeepandusepersonalinformationandidentityauthenticationmethodproperlyaccordingtoPartyB’srelevantrequirement,inordertopreventanyrisksandprotectthesecurityofthefundintheaccount.AnytradeexecutedthroughtheuseoftheidentityinformationmaintainedbyPartyAwithPartyBandverifiedthroughsuchidentityauthenticationmethodassetbyPartyAforPartyBshallbedeemedtobehandledbyPartyAitself.IfPartyA’sidentityinformationoridentityauthenticationmethodisdestroyed,locked,lost,divulgedorforgotten,PartyB’srelevantshallbecompliedwith.Priortothat,anyconsequenceshallbebornebyPartyA.15.PartyAshallnotdefameordamagePartyB’sreputation,norshallitattackanybondtradeandsettlementagencyrelatedsystem.16.WhenPartyAhandlesbondtradeandsettlementagencytransactions,iftheservicefunctionthatitusesinvolvesPartyB’sotherrulesorrequirement,suchrulesorrequirementshallalsobecompliedwithbyPartyA,andPartyAshallobtainanynewbondtradeandsettlementagencyrelateddocumentorinformationpublishedorannouncedbyPartyBthroughtheinformationpublicitychannelsasinformedbyPartyB.17.PartyAshallcomplywithallotherobligationsprovidedforbyapplicablelawsofChinaandunderthisAgreement.PartyB’sRightsandObligationsPartyB’sRightsPartyBshallhavethefollowingrights:1.PartyBshallhavetherighttodetermineatitsowndiscretionwhetheritwillacceptPartyA’sapplicationforbondtradeandsettlementagencybusinessandshallhavetherighttorequirePartyAtoprovidetrueinformationanddocument.2.PartyBshallhavetherighttoupgradeandrebuildthesystemrelatedtobondtradeandsettlementagencybusiness.IfsuchupgradeorrebuildinghasaneffectonPartyA’snormalbusiness,PartyBshallinformPartyAofthesamethroughanyannouncementsonPartyB’swebsiteannouncementorbymailortelephone.Exceptsuchdutytoinformasdescribedabove,PartyBshallnotbeliableforanylossesresultedfromsuchsystemupgradeorrebuildingtoPartyA.3.PartyBshallhavetherighttorefusetoexecuteanyPartyA’sbondtradeandsettlementagencyinstructionswhichbreachanyrulesorthisAgreement.4.PartyBshallhavetherighttocollectrelevantchargesonbehalfoftheCDC,TradeCenterandShanghaiClearingHouseaccordingtothefeemethodestablishedbytheCDC,TradeCenterandShanghaiClearingHouseandshallalsohavetherighttochargePartyAsuchcommissionandotherexpensesasagreed.5.Anysuchinformationregardingthetime,priceandavailablefundofthebondtradeandsettlementagencytransactionsexecutedforPartyAuponPartyA’sinstructionsshallbesubjecttotherecordkeptbyPartyB’sinternalrelevanttradingsystemorthirdparties’systemsuchasReutersorBloombergwhichbothpartieshaveagreedtouse.6.IncaseofanyChina’sstatutoryholidaysoractualrestdaysadjustedaccordingtothestateregulation,PartyBshallhavetherighttosuspendanybondtradeandsettlementagencybusiness.7.PartyBshallhavetherighttosuspendbondtradeandsettlementagencybusinessifthereoccursanaturaldisaster,warorotherforcemajeureeventswhichcannotbeforeseen,avoidedorovercome;orinternationalpolitical,economicemergency;oremergenciessuchascommunicationfailure,systemfailure,powerfailureormarketdisruptionorfinancialcrisis,changesofnationalpoliciesandotherfactors.PartyB’sObligationsPartyBshallhavethefollowingobligations:1.PartyBshallberesponsibleforthelegalityoftherelevantsystemusedforbondtradeandsettlementagencybusiness.2.PartyBshallopenthebondaccountanddomesticcurrencytradingsystemaccountforPartyAaccordingtotherelevantoftheCCDC,SCHandCFETS.3.PartyB,ifapplicable,shallmakeenquirieswithinterbankbondmarketforPartyAaccordingtoPartyA’srequirementsandenterintobondtransactionswithcounterpartiesthroughthedomesticcurrencytradingsystemaccordingtoPartyA’stradingauthorizationonbehalfofPartyA.4.PartyB,ifapplicable,shallhandlesuchproceduresincludingbonddistributiontransfer,transferofbondcustodyandbondnon-tradingtransferforPartyAaccordingtoPartyA’sauthorization.5.PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithservicessuchasbondtrade,bondsettlementandaccountbalanceinquiryaccordingtoPartyA’srequirements.6.PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithbasicinformationofthemarketobjectivelyandpromptlyandshallnotmakeanyguaranteeastothetruthfulness,accuracyandcompletenessofsuchmarketinformation,eitherinformorinsubstance.CommissionandFeesFeeItemsandStandard:1.Commissionforbondtradeandsettlementagency:PartyAshallpayPartyBatradeandsettlementagencycommission,withthefeeitemsincluding_________:2.ChargeswithheldPartyAshallpayrelevantfeestotheintermediaryentities,withsuchfeeitemsandstandardaspertherelevantchargingmethodsestablishedbytheCCDC,SCHandTradeCenter.TheaboverelevantfeesshallbewithheldbyandpaidbyPartyBaccordingtorelevantprovisions.(2)PaymentMethod:
