specialists.Yetcollegesandgraduateschoolscontinueeveryyeartoturnout

moregraduatesofthesespecialtiestocompeteforjobsthataren'tthere.The

resultisthatmanyofthemcannotentertheprofessionsforwhichtheyare

trainedandhavetotakeotherjobswhichevendonotrequireacollegedegree.

Ontheotherhand,thereistremendousneedforteachers,researchworkers

andpublicofficials.Butthedisparityinpaybetweenintellectualworkand

businessmanagementhasfrustratedthehopeandambitionofgraduateswho

majorineducation,administrationandliberalarts.Collegegraduatesare,so

tospeak,valuableresourcesinourcountryandnoonehastherighttowaste

thewealthoftalent.Theproblemstheyencounterinjobhuntingdeservemore

attentionfromthecollegesandthegovernment.Thecollegesshouldget

studentsoutoftheivorytowerandgeartheircoursestotherealneedsof

industryandbusiness;whilethegovernmentshouldprovidecollegegraduates

withmorevocationalopportunities,better'workingconditionsanddecent

salariessothatmoreandmoregraduateswouldliketodevotetheirlifeto

academicstudiesandscientificresearch.

7.ShouldClassAttendanceBeOptional?Thosewhohavebeentocollege

lectureswillfindthefollowingsituationaconnonsight:theclassroomishalf

empty;thoseattendingclassesarenotalwayslisteningtotheteacher;some
