Aseparatedocumentwillbeissuedinpartnershipwiththeglobaldesignteams,providingtrimanddesignstandards,fortheusageofallthenewlogosandmonograms.

AlllogofilesandKleinfontfileswillbemadeavailableonthePVHDigitalAssetLibrary.

Evolutionbestdescribestheapproachtakentothechallengeofdevelopingtheidentityofaglobalculturallegacy.Thenew‘CALVINKLEIN’logotypedrawsuponthecorecharacterofthefounder’soriginaltoretainitsiconicfamiliarityacrossunprecedenteddiversity.

Thenewhousefont‘KLEIN’carriestheDNAofthebrand’shistorymaintainingagenealogicalcontinuum.

Themasterbrandlogonowusescapitalization.Capitallettersareformalratherthanpersonal,andinthecontextofthecompany’sevolutionwithanewCreativeDirector,thecapitalizationofthelogodefinesthenewperspective-CalvinKleintheentityratherthantheindividual.Thisshifttouppercasesubliminallycommunicatesthecreativechangewithconfidence,transparencyandauthenticity.

Themorepersonalqualityoftheoriginalupperandlowercase‘CalvinKlein’letteringisretainedforaspectsoftheunderwearlines,tocommunicateintimacyandthecontinuityofthesetimelesssignatureproducts.
