最新停薪留职期限协议书2025年通用合同编号：__________latestunpaidleaveofabsenceagreementBACKGROUNDA.TheEmployerisengagedinthebusinessof__________andtheEmployeeisemployedtheEmployeras__________.B.TheEmployeedesirestotakeanunpaidleaveofabsencefromemploymentwiththeEmployerforaperiodof__________(the"LeavePeriod").NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedhereinandforothergoodandvaluableconsideration,thereceiptandsufficiencyofwhicharehereacknowledged,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:1.LEAVEPERIOD1.2DuringtheLeavePeriod,theEmployeeshallnotbeendtoreceiveanysalaryorwagesfromtheEmployer.2.EMPLOYMENTCONDITIONS2.1TheEmployee'semploymentwiththeEmployershallcontinuetobeineffectduringtheLeavePeriod,subjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.2.2TheEmployeeshallbeendtoallbenefitsandprivilegestowhichtheEmployeeisendundertheEmployer'spoliciesandapplicablelaws,exceptforthepaymentofsalaryduringtheLeavePeriod.3.RESTORATIONOFPOSITION4.TERMINATIONOFAGREEMENT4.1ThisAgreementshallautomaticallyterminateupontheearlierof:(a)TheEmployee'sreturntoworkfortheEmployeraftertheEndDate;or(b)TheEmployee'sfailuretoreturntoworkfortheEmployeronorbeforetheEndDate.4.2UpontheterminationofthisAgreement,theEmployeeshallhavenofurtherrightsorobligationsunderthisAgreement.5.GENERALPROVISIONS5.1ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiationsanddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,oftheparties.5.2ThisAgreementmaybeamendedormodifiedonlyawritteninstrumentexecutedbothparties.5.3ThisAgreementshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.5.4AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallbesubmittedtothe__________Courtforresolution.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshaveexecutedthisAgreementasoftheEffectiveDate.EMPLOYER:
