建筑安装工程细部做法图集（钢结构水电消防门窗幕墙）

前言江苏长建的工程质量通过近几年来加大力度管理，不断的规模整顿，工程实体质量取得了明显的提高，但目前的工程质量总体水平与国外先进水平比较，还存在一定的差距。由于建筑市场不规范，人员整体素质不高，管理力量不强。有些项目重经营、轻管理、重效益、轻质量，部分工程存在少许的质量通病，个别工程质量的粗糙甚至存有质量隐患，精品工程特色不突出，数量还不多。为了迅步消灭问题，不断推进公司的质量水平的提高，以创优质精品工程为龙头，公司质量管理部组织有关人员研究工作，开拓思路，收集了大量的资料，图片，结合公司当前的实际情况，编制了《工程细部做法图集》，根据江苏长建的质量管理手册编写以实施与保持质量体系有效运行的纲领性文件和企业法规，图集覆盖了本集团公司涉及贯标的工程项目，通过图集的贯彻对照，以确保集团公司质量方针、质量目标的实现，增强全员质量意识，提高质量管理水平，进一步促进公司的全面发展。经审核，质量图集完全符合所选用质量保证模式的要求，力求继续通过这种方式，演示对此，客观分析，找出差距，寻求办法，针对性地指定措施，真正精细化管理，带动我公司工程质量管理整体水平提高，实现江苏长建的质量工作目标。1
